I'll tell ya what..... We'll trade trips. I'll treat you to a trip on our famed Santee Lake System. I wanna fish Cherokee so bad I can taste it. I think I just looked at all your videos LOL. If you don't mind fishing off of a 24' Carolina Skiff. I'd hate to spoil you on a bigger boat with a 150 Suzuki. Gimme a shout.

I like the shrimp idea. We've been doing it down here in South Carolina for years, boys. LOL. I can't mess with y'all Tennesse boys too bad though. I've got family up there. Y'all come on down here. We'll get ya on some 40lbers. I'll be lookin' for ya!! Y'all take care. Here's to tight lines and bent rods....Cheers!
@mdvolhunter15 ... yeah. I've found shrimp works the best for me. My neighbor showed me this idea. I'd like to get some 40lbers. Most of what we catch around between 1-5lbers. I like the ones between 11-15 inches... best to eat. Take care and happy fishing from Tennessee!
r u guys drifting for cats? if not then i highly recommend it on a big lake like that one it allows u to navigate all the water and settel in on the hot spots where the fish are active it works best in my oppinon right befor spawning
@tylerthe47 Yeah.. We drift over island tops and in certain coves. The best time to fish like this is from mid June through late September in depths of around 15-30ft deep. From mid April to early June, we found that just throwing out with floaters around rocky points and bluffs works the best when spawning.
um i hope you dont think ur the only one that uses shrimp for cats because i use shrimp in california for channle cats
