One of the beautiful voices in the Arabic music at the moment. She did a beautiful version of the Legendary Um Kalthum. So fresh and humble engery she has, and very beautiful too. This Year 2011 Holland Festival has the amazing legendary FAIROUZ YES FAIROUZ IN AMSTERDAM!!

@thecuckoobird In the Netherlands we have an entire population group who are originally from arab and north african countries. So amongst them she is very much apreciated. But also for a lot of real dutch people she is loved after this performance. But it's mostly the music of Oum Koulthoum(may she rest in peace) that is truly loved.
