That's an awesome motivator tribute to Wakamoto-san. I've been a fan of his funny stuff as well. Chiyo-Dad from Azumanga Daioh is awesomely weird. But my favorite of his is Senbei, the timy god of misfortune in the OMG TV series. His affected delivery of nutty Japlish never fails to make me laugh. For serious characters, you forgot to mention Vicious in Cowboy Bebop.

Kagato from Tenchi Muyo vaporizes in the OVA version after Tenchi slashed him with the Lighthawk Sword, so even though the sword slash technically killed him he just evaporated from the location of the cut outward.

It sounds plausible, but Johnny's defeat scream is slightly different. The only common attribute, however, is that everything is voiced by Wakamoto.
