@sillyvideoscom Why put him down? Tom is just a dude doing what he loves to do. Some people really, truly love his music whether or not drugs are a part of the process. Maybe you should pick up some dime bags and a few hits of acid, then you might appreciate great, original music instead of favoring The Lazy Song by Bruno Mars on your Youtube account.
By the look and sound of it, Tom is playing in the key of G major on a nice, old Fender Jazzmaster. They are playing a somewhat straighter version of "Rockaway" than you hear on the "Flags of the Sacred Harp" album. Columbus, North Dakota Descendents Arise!
