As for the buzzer I would check the coolant level censors/oil level censors since you unplugged the osc already. I will check out the FSM and post back in your thread :)
@Stueck12a yeah. the buzzer is located inside the flasher box, i'm going to rip that out and cut the wires to it, or re-solder it. i've had to replace flasher boxes before, its sort of a common problem in first gen's sadly. i think it has to do with water coming in at the brake or clutch master.
