Sa pinas lang naman may mga ganyang interbyu! Dito sa US, dko naranasan ang mga ganyang tanong... Explain lang kung anu pa ang mga responsibilities as an employee... Tignan lang ang resume' then konting chika... wlang "What is your weakness?" and eklabu!!

@trisha1372 Swerte mo naman. Sa mga interviews na naranasan ko may palaging ganitong tanong. Dalawang tao pa ang nag-interview sa akin ang bilis pa nila.

What job did you apply? I live in Phoenix Arizona but job is really tough here.

@kasal678 HI, kasal678, nung una sa mall ako, then sa grocery, then sa call center. Nerbyos nga ako kc dko alam kung anu ang mga itatanong nila sa akin e, pero ung tawag nila for interview is hired na pala ako need n lng ng konting briefing and get-to-know-you profile. Hindi cla mahirap kausapin. Kasi makikita na nila sa resume e, kya ng ang friend ko e hinihikayat na magpunta na din d2 kc 40 na din sya at di na tinatanggap sa work, yan pa ang isang kabulastugan sa atin sa pinas.

Perception IS Reality-question 4 salary? It doesn't matter what you make now, you are not applying for that job again! Your previous salary should have little bearing on your prospective earnings. Can you do the job -and- what is that worth to your prospective employer/partner(most important) have found saying something to the effect "that given the importance of the role, you are certain that they will provide adequate compensation for the right candidate."

First the music sucks. I can't think with that crap. If they ask you about a weakness it's better to state "I take on too much responsibility" is a lot better that "my present skills are not the best?" NEXT!
