You're reminding me of the good old days. 1990 to around 1994, the conditions were fantastic. My CB callsign was DVN21, maybe I worked you, I'm down in Devon. Got my license in 95 and am now G0VQY. Citizens band radio is virtually dead here in Torbay. Thanks for the memories

It was a joint Birthday............many hundreds of CBers throughout the UK was on CH 28 to celerbrate 28 years to the day (Nov' 2nd 1981) of legalised CB Radio.......the day I got the Sapphire X2000.......They wouldn't sell you a legal FM one before that day!!!!.Before this day every one used Ilegal AM "Aunty Mary" sets smuggled in from the USA.......they still use AM in the States now to FCC specs..........The Oggster.
