I can't see any evolution since the original 1979 board is graphically the most capable one, if you want to see evolution try the best up to date version called Champ Galaxia programmed by J W Champeau - the guy who knows what he is doing

I own the Atari 2600 version and I honestly think it is better than the arcade. It just seems to move faster and contain more appeal.

Pre-NES/Famicom, the ColecoVision for sure. Although the 2600 version is startling good for that platform.
