who gives a sh....t about knowing how much energy you consume every 15 minutes? why it sends a signal every 5 seconds? if it is to read how much you consume, the meter have to send a signal ones a month. I want to know how many millions they'r spending in changing good working meters, how much money they going to safe by firing the guy that reads it ones a month? I think in few years they going to change how thay charge, probably more in peak hours, somehow they going to get ther money back.
