Hi Nancy,

im just startng my hcg diet,and im so confused what kind of method should i use,sublingual or injection??anyways just wanted to know if how long it will last the injection?thanks!hope to hear from u soon...

that is a really personnel choice. I find injection to be quick and easy. It uses less HCG. Many people love SUBL. of course because NO SHOTS. You have to take it twice a day. The shots are nearly if not completely pain free. I have many people that I coach right now and they all agree. The mix can last 24-30 days refrigerated and mixed. I'm not sure about oral but you use it pretty quickly anyway. HTH
