It's been almost 4 months since Ripley's back surgery and I'm happy to report she's doing very well. ... except the hair on her back doesn't want to grow back! It's growing in very very very slowly from the sides of the shaved area. Her surgeon suggested I try giving her melatonin twice daily until the hair grows back ... interesting ... we'll see if it works!
