Get the punching bag from the career rewards section.

Have one sim use it.

Move them to a different area.

Have another sim use the punching bag(Or get another one I'm not sure. You get another one with a cheat which i forgot =D)

Move the other sim to the area.

Repeat for as many sims as you want.
