  • Hello there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker got great Six pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • @Coolest239 I wouldn't consider any type of cereal a good fat burning option. Steel cut oatmeal or organice whole oats would be a good recommendation for your cereal choice.  They are a great source of nutrition, but not necessarily used for a fast fat burn.

  • @KOOLCAT1226 The best thing to do would be to get into a routine for breakfast. Chose Oatmeal, low fat yogurt, or anyt healthy choice that fits your taste and schedule. You'll get there.

  • @3xmethod but i get up at 6;00 and run to my bus stop and at PE ye run the track 4 miles and aftor we do sit ups but it gust dose not work i will see tommarow and i wiil comit you back

  • 3x: I am doing your posted website workouts and eating like you suggest in the manual with good results. But, I am having trouble getting rid of the stomach & last bit of the gut. Suggestions? I'm sticking with your workouts but wonder if I need to do more?

  • Some good ways to burn fat are as he said right when you wake up do a little exercise get your body goin then have a breakfast and what I usually eat is 3 egg whites scrambled and a piece of 100% whole grain bread. Also your metabolism is the highest at around 2 oclock so dinner should be light. If you need some help you can send me a message or comment and I can go through things wih you that can help boost your metabolism and gain muscle.

  • @KillerD555 You should do some heavy leg excersises because legs are the biggest muscles and they burn a lot of fat. Weight training is very important, more important than cardio because when you build muscle you burn more fat even after the workout. Good luck!!!

  • i lost 8 kilos in 4 months but i gained like 4 kilos from holiday weight...when i wake up i exercise for 1 hour before breakfast...what other tips is there? i only eat breakfast a lil snack and dinner everyday.....help me lol !

  • Every person in American needs to do this.

    I believe it needs to be a requirement because imagine how this country would be with everyone waking up exercising and eating breakfast.
