Hey guys, try it with ghost, enrage, all movement speed runes, all movement speed masteries, Galio, Janna / Zilean (idk which one has the better speed buff), Sivir, and Sona speed buffs,alot of MS items and lets see what happens. Hopefully Alistar will let you pass.
