Hell yeah. That smoking tire takeoff was beautiful. Nothing like someone who knows they're about to go to prison for a very long time to make a car chase interesting. I suppose if you're going to run you might as well not half-ass it.
Of course, I'm not condoning this behavior at all. He could have killed himself, innocent civlians, cops, or the baby and on the whole I'm surprised the officers involved didn't P.I.T. the fucker (as they would have here in the States.

LOL, Dutch police officers are pussies.. they aren't allowed to do PIT coz of public safety. u can call them, names in their faces, & if they get shot at during a car chase they just quit on it.. so stupid.... i've seen vids about police officers chasing cars forever untill they drive across the border..

@EuroNoobz Wow. I'd heard European cops were pretty much pussies but that's unbelievable. Here they will pit you, or spike your tires, or shoot out your tires or your engine, or you. And in the States don't EVER shoot at a cop because they'll empty their clip into your car and so will several other officers, and IF you survive they'll throw you in jail for life.
The only time a cop in Wisconsin (my home state) will back off is if you exceed triple digit speed, and then it's still iffy.
