  • This theme is such a classical epic.

  • This movie was produced by cokehead alcoholic mass murderer George W Bush.

  • Listen to : Słoń - Szczerze, on this sample

  • Rick Wakeman said that originally he was offered a percentage of the films profits for doing this soundtrack but he opted for a fee instead seeing as how that he thought the film was pretty bad, but this film later turned out to be the highest grossing film in Japan that year

  • @MrZeroGun95

Really? how interesting, Japanese sure love horror films

  • @Johnlindsey289 Not to mention the writers of this movie later went on to be multi-millionaires after this movie. Rick could have been rolling in dough, oh well...

  • scary movie and great theme this is one classic slasher flick :)

  • Słonisko! : ]

    intoxicating sample!

  • W S R H !

  • Just really great stuff

  • samplerap.pl

  • Kto od słonia?

  • @Yahuzi

    Jestem razem z tobą . = ]

  • Best horror theme ever.

  • Here's an interesting fact: according to Wikipedia, Tom Savini was only given three days to design Cropsy's makeup. As a result, he looks less like a burn victim and more like someone whose facial features have melted.

  • Rick Wakemans The Burning of Mellotrons.

  • pokemon 2000 lugia theme! It sounds just like it!

  • I love this movie although I have not seen it in many years. I need to find it and add it to my horror film DVD collection!

  • @ContraCommando there's an MGM uncut DVD u can probably find it at nuberry comics, fye, or best buy

  • i liked this movie but jason voorhees is more badass than cropsy

  • I really want to learn this bass riff.

  • Has anyone noticed how the Lugia theme from Poke'mon 2000 sounds similar to this theme? Coincidence or did Pokemon copy this theme? Listen to them both and compare the two themes

  • Salute, cheers ,prost, thank you.

  • Słoń kurwa

  • alchemist!!!!

  • Hey this in Dead End Song (this is the orginal of course)

  • I have the re-issued CD.A fine example of the 80's slasher movie

  • I normally don't like heavily synthesized tunes in horror movies (John Carpenter music! AHH! With the exception of the Halloween theme and "The Thing," but he didn't compose The Thing) but this song is amazing.

I know I'm going to get flamed but I liked Cropsy more than Jason. This was released one day before Jason's appearance in Friday the 13th Part 2, and I saw both in two days. Cropsy disturbed me more and since Tom Savinni chose this film and not the other, that helped it too.

  • thank you so much for posting.......I had this album on a cassette ages ago.

  • is it posible to get it somewhere on mp3?

  • Great song. And the album cover is great too.

  • movies from the 1970s to early 1980s will always rule.when i go to youtube movies i always go to the older horror movies. they were more creepier and they always are entertaining.

  • @psychoguy4

once again, a great man who shares my sentiments with horror movies (and movies in general of course). some of the 60s movies in color are pretty awesome too. It might take me a while to warm up to black and white but it'll come.

  • @baboracus i'm glad you like old horror movies. the black and white horror movies are good like the screaming skull, carnival of souls, and all the other black and white horror movies. i'll stick with the horror movies that should be called a true horror movie.

  • @psychoguy4

Carnival of Souls pops up on TCM sometimes. I tried to record it once but the tape wasn't long enough (and there was no way in hell I was going to record over Suspiria).all the movies with carnivals in it are good. "Berserk" for example has got technicolor and a carnival; a great combination!! Technicolor is without question my favorite atmosphere, Suspiria was one of the last movies to use technicolor too. Once I found technicolor, I became a fan of the mid 60s to mid 70s.

  • i remember listening to my dad's copy of this on cassette as a kid... being way too young to see the movie i generated all sorts of creepy horrors in my mind to match the music and track titles - hmmm, thanks dad :D

  • i frickin love this tune!

  • 1978-1984

  • can someone tell where i can find notes...

  • I watched it last night again, great slasher. Loved the soundtrack.

  • Excellent slasher! I enjoy the first Friday the 13th, but this is just as good, if not a little better. If you love the early 80's slashers, you're going to LOVE this, it's one of the best!

  • Great movie. Far better than the first Friday 13th. This film score is awesome.

  • Thanks for posting this. I've never seen the movie, but I own an old vinyl record of the soundtrack - and my turntable is broken. So it was nice to be able to listen to the music her eon YouTube.

  • you're welcome, I have not seen the movie, but I hope someday to see it because it's worth seeing this great slasher ;)

  • @badmoviesfan One of thee' best slashers !!!

  • @HollywoodGothique It's on Netflix instant watch right now. I just watched at holy crap i loved it!!
