i know this is a real stupid question, but my friend gave me one of these since he owed me money, I went and bought the 20% fuel and put it in the gas tank, then tried to crank it but it didn't start. Is there something else I have to do??

your car is a little "lean" put the settings down in flush,and un the high speed needle 2.2 turns,you will get a getter trotle responce with a 25% better acceleration from 0 and a nice full top speed at 225 of temperature ;)
