Hi Fred--not sure you remember me from Chapel Hill circa 1975-76. --Tall person who used to play with Todd and Mark and Ivan. You were in a band with them after I left town. "The Down East String Band" or something.

I still have 1 or 2 tapes of the jamming at your party in the Oakwood section of Raleigh that year. Last I heard you'd broke your wrist on a boat in Charlotte. Good to hear you again.--Bruce W.

Jim, I don't remember you in my graduating class of 63. Did you play fiddle then? My Lord, time passes. I get over to Milton to see my Aunt Mable sometimes and would like to connect. There is a Coon Family reunion in Huntington on August 22, which I hope to make but not sure if I can. Tell me what has been going on with you since 63. Fred

appreciate the vidio. Mark Hickler says I'm not good enough to play Sally Ann which I would agree with. That's why I practice it.
