Viper won even though it's tires were still squeeling halfway down the track. The jeep barely keeps only from a dig. From roll the jeep would eat massive dust. The jeep is quick but the Viper is fast

@jeomars with your everyday driver, the viper is lucky to see mid 12s. the tires spin like crazy. with good conditions a stock srt8 jeep could run a 13 flat. ive ran a 12.98 with just an intake. and a half second at 110mph isnt alot of distance. its about a car length. id say the jeep fairs pretty well against the viper with average joes racing them. btw the jeep srt8 is the second fastest SRT model DODGE/CHRYSLER/JEEP makes only behind the viper srt10

u guys are fools on here.. its probly the srt-600 jeep.. look it up on here.. it can take a stock 03-06 viper srt-10 on the 1/4 mile.. the 08 viper would win against this though.. its 620hp ( jeep)

I love jeeps, I own one, but stock the SRT-8 Grand isn't as fast as the SRT-10 Viper. So at minimal the engine has been reworked, if not yea I'd say its the one done by hennessey performance.

really we ve got a 08 jeep srt8 and we haved beat a shelby gt 500 and a m5 bmw when you say jeep isn t a fast car than you haven t got drive a srt 8....

Yea, the Jeep should have launched better.. with the AWD setup it should have weaked the viper off the line... Modified or not.. the end of the race is where modifications made a difference.. I own one of these and they are 13.2 - 12.9 cars... stock anyways..
