i dont ue foundation.. dove soap and baby lotion. lots of water with lemon will clear blemishes, clean pillow case and i wipe my phones down so i wont break out

i washed and deep conditioned my hair and then let air dry 80% then blow dry. i then flat ironed it. Last time i had a perm was about 5 weeks ago.
