Ascension Journal Entry 17: The Real Physical Body

I experienced a spontaneous OBE in 2010, but never left my apartment. I had been wide awake at the time. My Kundalini awakening was very spontaneous. Since I didn't know what was happening, I was tremendously fearful. In time, I began to realize that I went through a partial Kundalini awakening once before. I don't know how it is for women, but men go through partial Kundalini awakenings in puberty. I remember waking up in the weirdest positions that I later found out are practiced in Yoga.

This interest me VERY much, dear Sister. I have recently been practicing with lucid dreaming again, and I would appreciate all the help I can receive when it comes to ascending this dimension.

YES!!!, I agree with you 100% I was doing so much astral travel in 2007 when my life really changed along with experiencing Oneness in the Universe and that has seemed to change more into experiencing days of bliss within my body all around my naborhood, sometimes It seems as if I can see the Universe all around me while walking around where before I would only see that in my meditation. It is so easy to raise my vibration at will instead of going into a deep meditation. This is a great topic:)
