OMG this technique is so long 2 minutes !! this can be done so much quicker and easier.. I'll try to put my version. And those cups look funny you can put a bigger weight, and why use such a tough guy?? he can hold it on his own strength, you should use a tiny girl or a chubby women then you can actually understand that she can't hold it her self on her own...
I did this back in the early 90's. I even had a young woman of about 18 years old sit on my tummy and I took her weight. An interesting experience.
