The majority of subprimes went to low income areas. #1 & 2 hardest sub-prime foreclosure hit areas were Salinas and Merced Ca. Over 50% hispanic populations. The Alt-A loans that will reset in mid 2010 will directly coincide with the dems taking congress and it will make the subprime mess look like a walk in the park.
