first, we need to know that move called. lol

dont know the name, but i know how to do it. really easy just mastering is hard aka make it one smooth fluid move

(collapsing) - really there's nothing hard here. feet apart 1 shin length. collapse on 1 knee with other knee straight. arms cushion the fall

(rising up) - one leg is bent so it's toes and knees contact floor. other leg is straight with toes on floor with knee like 3 inches (just approximated) from other foot. lift off with mainly the arms
