u guys should try using baking soda with water. u can also use peroxide. I've heard it really does work. I'm gonna try that too.

@yamilaaveo Hey, I've just used the strongest strips and my gums feel fine, although my fillings are a bit tingly. If you buy them from eBay make sure you buy ones that aren't out of date. sellers usually put a date in the desciption.

The vivid ones are pretty good and affordable if you don't want to break the bank or pay a lot of money to get them done professionally. I prefer and use the Advanced Seal(Advance Vivid) ones because they work way better to me and you can definitely see a difference after you take them off. They are pretty pricey to some people and can range around $40. They also have different ones depending on how fast and white you want your teeth, touch-ups, sensitivity, stain remove-ale, etc. :)
