My thought is that the same could be said if lets say a guy and his girlfriend went out. She has one bottle of coors, they go home and they have sex. Then that would constitute that he raped her. (I'm a guy by the way) Point being is I myself would be able to down a bottle of wine and a six pack and still would be able to talk to everybody like I've been drinking water the whole night.
This is a trick, feminists want society to believe that it is always the man's fault. Normally no one would even question this scenario as we could see that it's an adult woman asking for sex. The title wants to cast doubts about what is already obvious.
Yeah when a girl grabs your hand and leads you to the bedroom saying "We're going to have sex." it's a pretty good sign rape did not occur. She's drunk but she's in no way incapable of consent.
@KarlJohanson42 It's not different from a legal stand point.
If a total stranger drugged you but panicked and ran off and I found you and had sex with you while you were drugged, it would be rape even thought I was not the one who intoxicated you.
If you found some pill on the ground and took it and got high and we had sex it would be rape even thought you intoxicated yourself.
how you got intoxicated doesn't legally matter when it comes to rape
@vesman81 I didn't say that having sex with someone who's significantly intoxicated isn't legally considered rape (in some jurisdictions). My point is that drugging someone is different than that person drugging themself. If you drug someone, then have sex with them, you should be charged with rape, and with intoxicating someone against their will.
@vesman81 Actually the law only calls it rape if Penny is incapacitated by some substance.
Of course, the next day she may not remember what happened and may file charges. It's then her word against his and depending on the prosecutor they may well charge Leonard for rape.
If, however, they are both drunk or if Leonard is the only one drunk then no rape occurs or at least it won't be prosecuted. It follows the feminist rule: Man bad/Woman victim.

@arubian06
Penny was drunk and Leonard was sober so, by law, Leonard would be the rapist.
Legally it's no different then giving someone the date rape drug if a rape were to be accused.

@vesman81 If leonard would have been drunk and penny sober then penny raped leonard?

@ChaosAngel667 I think so
would it be any different legally then someone dropping date rape drug in your can of coke?
vesman81 7 months ago
@vesman81 It's different that giving someone a drug. Leonard didn't give her the alcohol.

So what if two people were drunk and they both had sex? Does that mean they both raped eachother and are both guilty?
The whole "If they're drunk and you have sex with them then you're a rapist" thing is a joke.
