I live far away from Ireland and most likely never will get there but when I think of the country it's green fields and Ronnies bearded face I see.Now he is gone my eyes turn misty when I hear him,guess I'm starting to turn into a old fart.
I know this will be considered sacrilege,but I think he should have shaved once and a while.
I had been bearded myself for most of my adult life,until I was mistaken once to often for Santa,but it would have been neat to see Ronnie play the handsome 60's/70's Byronic role that he would have known of.and enjoyed.
