I disagree. He's a playmaker. Playmakers need 2 B on the field. Fix the offensive-line & it'll open up the running game and passing game, creating opportunities for Devin and company. He may have only had 3 KR for TDs last season, but he 4 pass catching TDs were just as important considering the ineptitude of the offense. You can't get to and win the Superbowl scoring on special teams alone. Besides with another year at WR under his belt, he'll only be better

i think hester has 11 between kicks and punts and the record is 13 but its a lot harder to return kicks for TDs now because the nfl are being pussies and the took away the wedge on kickoffs you can t have more than i think a 2 or 3 man blocking chunk. so less blocking in groups so every man has to block his guy perfectly
