We produced a 10th anniversary special edition in 2003 and added the shot in along with the digital laser fire, glowing lightsabres, improved x-wing and tie fighter computer screens, flying hollywood letters, electric sparks on R2 and the blast doors. The rest was all live practicle effects created on set.

The Good: Pretty creative and well put together

The Bad: The whole idea and plot was kinda lame and not very funny. Alot of scenes just kinda seemed to copy scenes from Star Wars word by word and shot by shot and nothing really that different or interesting was done with the material. The acting was just ok.

Now I know how it feels to work really hard on something and have someone come along and just shit on it. So I'm sorry. I'm giving you my honest opinon and constructive criticism :)

Maybe you should read the description before commenting. It was a competition to re-enact Star Wars. It was supposed to be word for word and shot for shot with just a few comedy lines thrown in to explain the fact we were flying cars instead of spaceships etc. It was made in 1993 so criticism, although welcome, is about 16 years too late!
