Man i was so good at this game. i would plan multiple chains and obliterate the easy guys but when it got to the final boss i just tried to drop blocks on her faster than she dropped blocks on me.

O.O This was one of my favourite Saturn games. I forgot the name of it for a long time and JUST now remembered it so I decided to see if there were any gameplay videos of it and boom.

We used to enter the code and play 4-5 player tournaments. That hidden menu was so secret it wasn't even translated to English :)

With the Community Games feature...someone can make a rip off of it. Of course, nothing will replace the game's charm, but hopefully someone at least copies the gameplay and makes it online playable.

I have Baku Baku for the Saturn and it's still fun. It's amazing that Baku Baku Animal was developed by Sega AM3/Hitmaker (the same division responsible for Virtual On, Virtua Tennis, Crazy Taxi and Confidential Mission).

It appears to me that the Japanese version had pre-match dialogue for every opponent. However, the only pre-match intro shown in the American version was in the final stage with the Princess.

Player one was a girl named Poly while Player 2 was a boy named Gon. Put both names together and you get the idea...
