@turbovtec93 the whole 'gangsta' style came from snowboarding, then as generations went on and freestyle skiing became more popular, skiers adopted this fashion because they liked the style. if you watch snowboard movies nowadays, almost none of them wear XXL clothes or have lots of hip-hop or electronic music in their videos, which is exactly how ski movies are now (for the park and urban shoots anyway) but not all skiers are like this.
