try restarting and before the pc boots try like alt+f10 or any of them its kinda hard to say how and if it doesnt work try googling it

first how old is the laptop whats the specs of the laptop and i have never hear of vista black edition

well yeah its fine but it doesn't automatically installs the hardwares, for example: internet

and the scroll for the laptop doesn't work

Should just be F10 as soon as you push the power button just keep pressing and pressing :D
