Calico Gatekeeper: smoothest run ever recorded

I have no idea how long the whole run took, we weren't timing it. I never said it was the FASTEST run, but the SMOOTHEST...and I stand by my original statement...

I was out there a couple months ago, and I agree the upper part is harder now than it was before, but the big step is now easier because someone (or maybe Mother Nature) has filled in a lot of the big crack that everyone falls into. The Bronco is gone, but next time I'll see how fast my Jeep can run it.

This is true "off roading". This actually takes a good amount of skill, where as mudding is just putting the pedal down and hoping you make it.

thats Doran Cyn, and that rock is the reason I put a locker in the front diff on my 4x4. I always had trouble here until the locker went in, now its a cake walk ! BTW nice Bronc !!

That was a nice run, but he BACKED UP several times, and had the benefit of a HUGE rock stack at the hardest part.

Yes, my video is edited, I cut out the most boring, easy parts.

No way can you say a run with several back-ups and big rock stack was smoother than mine.

Seriously! TRY AGAIN.  The guy that materdaddy refers to did it in 4:06 minutes from the Real beginning until the True End (also in 2007).

How long did it really take your friend?

For a real challenge. have him try it again today. The trail is way tougher now. In April 2011, I made it in 11 minutes. Post up, Cupcake....

There is a nice graded road just to the left of this to bypass all this torture. I don't understand why you went this way!

What is so important beyond this point? Why must we go up the Gatekeeper? Why oh Why? Will I grow enuff nutz to do it the right way and stay off of the bypass roads?
