@leesabaiden You must be lying cuz they have no teeth. I know that cuz I have 1 called Larry. He has bitten me heaps of times and my fingers don't even have a mark or scratch
@entree91 it's one of the Pleasurs of life liveing so close to the Bushland i have most every wild species of Flora & Fauna other reptiles in my area are Goanna, Eastern water Dragons, Frill neck Lizards, Bearded Dragons,Skinks Cheers : )
The belly colour is not a way to determine gender. I know. I have kept blues for over half a decade and am a member on the best blue tongue forum out.
@0YtsanBlowout0 Ah, I am so proud of the native wildlife we have over here :). If you are in America go to bluetongue skinks dot net . Email the maker and he go from there :)
awesome lizard man, Ive seen a few in my backyard lately due to my dogs barking at them but not harming them, I put them in a safe area. They would make excellent pets though but you gotta get one from a breeder and not from the wild :D
Thanks for not hurting it- and allowing it to live its natural life. Skinks are SO beneficial to help with rodents, insects, etc. and they are peaceful in nature and only want to be left alone. Appreciate you sharing your yard with him/her.
Im happy to see over in austrailia u guys catch an realease over here in america its catch tourcher and kill anything small and so called "scary" good to see you guys have a good head on your shoulders
They're pretty docile once they calm down. I usually throw my shirt over them to calm them down to move them off the road. Came across a pregnant female which must have been a foot long last summer!
