In the beginning there was over here, Walter discovered over there and Peter connected both sides using the machine. After he connected both worlds he was removed from time, but he came back. He thinks he's in the wrong place, but he isn't, right? The others just can't remember him because he never existed. Peter thought Walternate was evil but in fact (the new) Walternate is kind and happy to see Peter. So we still have 2 worlds right? Not 4 as some people think. Its just a new perspective (?)
