I think this is a lot like asking: Do you want to buy a 172 or a 182. One has less performance and a lot less cost. Neither a 172 nor a Cheetah is a solid 4 place airplane. But it is fast, reliable, fun to fly, and it was totally what I was looking for. It was a lot less expensive ... and as I see as I am selling the plane, it will fetch me less on sale.
Cheetah or Tiger, 172 or 182: They are all great airplanes.

I have had a 172 and a Beech Sundowner. This is by far my favorite. Easy, responsive flying and relatively very low cost.
