I really like the idea of this kind of assignment having Deaf Education or Deaf Studies students develop very practical stuff like these letters showing application of what they've learned in their studies to support political action ideal for Deaf children. Wow. I also enjoy the "kitchen" flavor in this video! Happy eating!

@ASLElla Yes! This is something that more professors should be following an example of Lon's assignments where students can exercise their roles as advocates for Deaf children. If they are to be the future of professionals who work with Deaf children, then they might as well to learn now! That Beef Enchiladas got me real stuffed! Pour the green chilies sauce and taco sauce on top of it before baking. It surely makes it more tasty!

One more thing about letter #1, it said "hire Deaf teachers and administrators (at least 50% of the staff at each school) who will be fluent linguistic role models and help "recycle" each facility so that they function more visually." Love that!
