Okay, I am a fan of both The Used and Refused and I don't think this is a bad cover of Refused. They were just doing it for fun, they probably like Refused and were influenced by them so they decided to pay tribute to them. If you really want to see a bad cover look up Avril Laviigne's cover of Chop Suey by SOAD. Now that is a terrible cover.

The Used is an excellent band with talent all-around. Their songs are both brilliant lyrically, and catchy instrumentally. Bert's voice is excellent for singing (acoustic/rock) and used to be excellent for screaming. Just because they have a little insert of a song (which, I thought was a pretty close relation in genre) in between the second verse of one of their songs and the outro chorus, doesn't mean you should all shit your pants and whine on YouTube.
