I wouldn't bank on it unless one of the parents was a PIED...I've produced ringers from nearly all the morphs at random.

Holy crap!!

For those who do not know, ringers are kinda like paradigms in albinos... it's a random occurrence with unknown genetics. You'd get lucky if you get one or two ringers all season, let alone 4ish in one clutch!

As you can see...it has a small ring near the tail end that shows a slight trait of being a Pie Bald. "Ringer" is just a nickname for the animals that show this characteristic.
