I don't agree with TAX CUTS to oil companies, but don't call it tax subsidies, that's intellectually dishonest, it is a tax cut.

@kuktahamham The tax subsidy was introduced for the oil industry during the Reagan era. It was an important subsidy to make sure that America had a tight grip on oil after the 1973 oil embargo crisis. Nowadays, with those same oil giants making record profits it is nothing more than a tax cut.

The government can subsidize oil, like they do here in canada, by making it cost less to us.

If we hope to preserve any culture whatsoever, we the people must make Big Oil pay trillions for an alternative (presumably wireless) energy grid

And we need subsequent electric cars for all and while were at it we need less oil in and on our food!

It's my understanding The Tea party was hijacked by the Koch's/Big Oil to use as Astroturf.
