i cant take videos that i took off my ipod touch 4g, if the video get about 10 mins long. it would allow me to take any videos less than 10mins off no problem. but when it does, it would not allow me to take it off. all it does is make a file with the same name but the memory says 0KB. and if the ipod is still pluged in and i click that 0kb file it would play the video but it wont play it if my ipod that contain the video is not pluged in. but i want the enitre video off.

Can you help me? I plugged in my iPod with my USB cable, I go into computers, and it doesn't have my iPod! The charger isn't broken, it charges my iPod,  but it won't show my iPod on my computer! Please reply as soon as you can! =)

That means it is obviously a problem with the computer. There could be several things wrong. You can always try going to Start>Run and trying to open all drives like B: D: F: G: H: and other letters. Sometimes they just don't show up in My Computer. Also, try a different USB port.

Are you serious? You use the USB cable that comes with the iPod... It comes with EVERY iPod ever produced...

Cheers, it never seemed to work with my old laptop but i had a new one for christmas and when i plug my iPod in it automatically pops up with the option to view or copy the files. Thank you anyways :)

You're welcome! It does pop up for most people but I made the video this way because this way works for almost all people, not some people. :-)
