Oh no it's fine to answer the question!!

all you have to do is when you make a family, BEFORE you make a sim press Shift+N. The skins are in the part where you select the skin. The skeleton and invisible bodies are only in adults and are at the WAY end of the clothing part.

use the testing cheat and then go into create a sim and press m then go into clothing and it's one of the npc outfits, I'm pretty sure. Sorry, if you didn't want me to answer and wanted the creator to answer. :(
