I have tried to meditate on the sacral chakra but find it very tuf , this helps , but i was wondering if u can help me a little bit more .. i really need to work on this but lack of guidance makes it so difficult. thanks

I am always so full of postive energy, I dont even remember the last time I felt much negativeness in my life. But as of today I feel confused and lost with my given situation, I have important questions to be answered and I dont know were to begin. I want what feels best in my heart but I dont know what does right now. I love these videos so peaceful and calming, I wish I could leave some things behind me now but I cant. I feel so out of balance right now.

Funny how my reading for next week was about confusion. Actually, it seems many of us have been feeling very out of balance as of late. I have as well.. especially when it comes to shedding past karma and kicking old habits. The best thing to do is to meditate on your questions, the answers will come in time. The journey is not peaceful, in fact it is rather rocky.. we all have a lot of blockages to clear. It's part of the process. :)

@KillSwitchEngage0101 I am glad you are feeling better! Just remember, the more rocky the journey feels, the more progress you are making! If the path were smooth, there really would not be much to learn. The more we run into things, the more we uncover.. if that makes sense.

wow these are really great! im disappointed to see that there are only two so far, but i see that you just released this one yesterday! please keep releasing them, this is perfect. im going to put these on my ipod and watch them when im on break at work heehee. i know my sacral is out of whack. my strongest is my third eye, sometimes when i get it going its hard to close it! i can see energy and stuff, but i need to open the heart and sacral too... =D
