Whoever posted this, I thank you! I've been taught this doctrine of being baptized in Jesus' name and being filled with the Holy Ghost (the Apostolic Doctrine) since I was a baby and I don't know why people try to say that we're wrong and say that we must baptize in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost when clearly that "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost" aren't names, just titles.

Excellent presentation. It's amazing that people can still be so against Jesus name baptism even after reading all the scriptures about it.

It all comes back to pride. People don't want to agree with it; by doing so they admit it is something they did not already know and have not already done. And that goes against the flesh and pride.

Baptism in Jesus name is the one and true way to wash away our sins. I am not a Apostolic nor Pentecostal but yet believe what they preach about the essential need for baptism to be done in Jesus name. The bible and history prove out that Jesus name baptisms are the only way to be saved. Until 325 a.d. the baptisms were all in Jesus name. Jesus,our example,was baptized. He commision the disciples to do so in in Luke 24:47 in his name. Even Paul was baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
