    Size 16 is the average for british women, so you've got nothing to worry about.

    All your problems (weight, sleeping, emotional roller coaster problems) will magically go away , if you would get yourself a pleasant cuddely shag on a regular frequent basis, with a guy, like me, who finds you irresistibly sexy and attractive, and with whom you are attracted.

    Don't drive 20 mins to the gym. WALK in the direction of the gym 30 minutes, turn around, walk back home 30minutes. Go to your room, get nekkid, and get with me.

  • ur one of those people who is never going to loose weight. face it youll always be fat with chunky legs and your never gunna fit in those jeans. come on kelanjo youv been at this weight loss thing for months and you fail every time. what makes you think this time will be diferrent???

  • When I started college in August I weighed about 10 stone, and to get to college I now walk (briskly) for 30 mins to the train station every Monday - Friday morning, and sometimes on Saturdays and Sundays. Since then I've lost more than a stone and I think it's down to the consistent exercise every morning improving my metabolism. You seem to eat really well so please try this because it really worked for me :-) xx

  • you should try tae bo!! it is amazing, i do it at home, billy blanks tae bo basic DVD and do weight watchers, and have went from size 14 to a size 8 in the space of about 8 months =) xx

  • I love those headphones but they don't last me two minutes! I'm the same with sleep, my bags are horrific because my sleeping pattern is awful. Did you gradually go to bed earlier or just force yourself to go to at a normal time? Good luck with the new routine and weight loss! x

  • Good luck with the plan:) The only advice I have is that fruit and veg digest at different rates so if you make a smoothie the fruit can end up rotting on top of the other food that takes longer. This hinders digestion and prevents some of the nutritional uptake of the fruit. Id suggest making 2 smoothies.... the friut one for breakfast & the veg n linseed one when you get to the gym (20-30 mins later). That way the fruit will be on it's way to being digested so it wont rot on top of the veg.

  • peanut butter is sooo fattening and most condiments have loads of salt and sugar in them... just thought id warn you. also its better to have slow burning carbohydrates like oats and brown rice, instead of things like pasta which burn off really quickly. :)

  • I sort of agree and disagree with that. Yes salt, sugar and vegtable oil ones can be unhealthy. However it's possible to get them without these in (health food shop). Peanuts whilst high in calories they are also a source of good fat which help burn body fat rather than increase it like bad fats do (e.g saturated fats in bacon do). So as with everything portion control is important but I wouldn't call it an exclusively bad food:) And I agree that oats and brown rice is a great souce of carbs.

  • good luck with it all :) but have you ever tried a different diet plan apart from weight watchers because my mum did it for years and just gained, now she goes with me 2 slimming world and shes lost half a stone! <3

  • I actually love long videos. Short ones end too soon :)) Keep it up Kelly, I like how you rationalise things, but never say that you gonna blame it on something and give up. I too am very unhappy with my weight, and guess what? I lost almost 5 pounds since first week of January, i still have 25 to go, but it's manageable especially with videos like this around, keep me in the game. I'm even running in the park now. My legs are killing me, my abs as well - and who though they would after running

  • id love to see more food shopping hauls this was really helpful :) i no exsacly how you feel when you try somthing on and it doesnt fit anymore, i tried my prom dress on yesterday and theres a massive gap where it wont zip up, and my prom was only a year ago it is really hard. stay strong and keep believing :)xx

  • Well done Kelly, good luck! You look beautiful in this video :) I've been eating less here and snacking less, think I've shifted some of my holiday bulge but gyms here are crapola! Well, they aren't, but they want at least 65 quid a month.....hopefully spain will be better! haha x

  • i have started exercising in the morning too, it SO good Kel! You get it out of the way for the day and you feel all fresh and nice after a shower & ready to go for the day, knowing you don't have to worry about exercising :))

  • just a few tips, i swear if you cut out cheese from your diet, even the light garlic and herb, it will help. and by all means, DO NOT EAT PEANUT BUTTER! its so fattening....

  • Buy some exercise dvds. You will really save time on days you don't have time for the commute to the gym.

  • If you had an ounce of cheese with an apple then it would be a healthy snack.

  • Great video! I love the insights on metabolism and exercise. I'm getting ready to kick up my exercise regimen with pre-class morning gymn time, and a super-disciplined (for me) sleep schedule as well.

  • Hey Kelly, thanks for the great vid :) I'm in the same boat, lost about 4 kilograms late last year, then went and put it all back on over the silly season.

    I'm going to get on board and do the morning gym sessions with you (well, not WITH you - being on the other side of the globe may hinder that haha) hopefully we both get some great results :)

  • Go careful with the smoothies as because the fruit is blended it turns the sugars into bad ones and can add more weight :S ...was warned about those on Slimming world regime ;) so maybe worth checking :)

    Think we all have days like that with clothing :( ...it sucks but does give us a kick up the butt that we sometimes need :) ...Good Luck with the weight in tomorrow xx

  • Someone told me that working out in the morning is good for weigth-loss because it forces the body to use it's own fat storages and not fat from food just consumed. Good-luck!

  • I Feel like in such in the same boat as you, ive put on so much weight over christmas, and its a real downer after you work so hard to get it off, do you think you could do some videos for ideas for lunch when your on the go? I love your food advice, you seem to find really tasty healthy snacks! your skin looks really good in this vid btw! xx

    I've been members of three gyms in total and they were all at least 30mins away from my house, so I can completely understand why one would dread going there.

    I now just run outdoors as it costs nothing, feels amazing and wastes no time to commuting.

    Obviously gyms are still great for equipments and weights but I'd really recommend fitting in a job/power-walk on those days when driving 20mins just seems a lil too much :-)

  • i think if you could get to a holland and barret you could find flax seeds and linseeds for cheaper than that box. i get a mixed bag which has hemp in it too. really good for you! :) think i might join you in having smoothies for breakfast. :) x

  • Kelly urgh I know how you feel!! I couldnt go to college today because I had NO CLOTHES that fit!! I felt disgusting! I literally went to bed and cried!

  • Linseed is the same as flax seed. Linseed when milled is then usually called flax seed- no idea why though! Linseed (unmilled) like the box you bought should not cost more than £3.99, but flax seed (milled) usually costs between £5.99- £9.99 for a big bag. Remember to drink plenty of water with linseed/flax seed. Hope this helps. Good luck with everything- you know you can do it! :)

  • You could put it into a smoothie, but personally I prefer linseed sprinkled over outmeal or porridge and flax seed in smoothies.

  • You're not alone, hun. I've put on so much weight over Christmas and have gone up a dress size :O I put on my biggest pair of slouchy jeans this morning and they were so tight! Really depressing. So you're not the only one, I think a lot of people are having trouble after Christmas, but hopefully we can lose it again. You've got loads of good food there (looks yummy too!) and a good plan.   • Losing weight has been so hard. I really admire how positive u have been! I love watching your videos because they are really the ups & downs of weight loss.

    I started writing down what I eat & calorie intake. It was really different than what i thought. So I just cut my portions down. I was eating healthy, but too much food.

  • Kelly, good luck with this. I cannot wait to see how you get on tomorrow. remember getting out of bed is the hardest part and the first day is going to be the worst BUT NO EXCUSES -UP 'EM AND AT 'EM. I have continued to eat like it is Christmas for the last 3 weeks and you remind me a lot of myself, exercise works for me too more than healthy eating. i read Jess' tweets and she is ALWAYS so happy - if that is what exercise does then I am all for it.
