These are the people that make MARTA miserable, and make people hate it and not want to ride it. The drunks, the homeless people sleeping on it and constantly going from car to car begging money and just the plain out crazy people.

Somebody should have slapped this goofy guy in the floor. Nobody wants to deal with this garbage on their way to/from work. I've dealt with plenty of them. Black people love attention, for some reason. They love to be seen "rapping," talking on their phone, etc.
