Well, I think it's a legitimate question. If you consider the alternate interpretation that Miracle Max may not be a genuine Miracle Man and both he and Valerie are faking their job, then she could certainly be referring to what would then be a sham miracle pill they made.

When I first saw the movie, I figured she meant the castle siege (and still do today), but I don't see anything wrong with pondering alternate scenarios. Sheesh.
