Three words. LAW OF CONSECRATION. MORMON COMMUNISM.

So I would like one of you mormons to explain to me, in principle, how it is any different for a government to socialize, rather than a church.

In both cases you consent. Law of consecration, you consent with a covenant with God.

With a government doing it, you are consenting by living in the country.

SO SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHY IT IS OKAY FOR GOD TO DO IT? THE PRINCIPLE ISNT RELIANT ON WHO IS CARRYING IT OUT.

In communism there is no private ownership, it's all about the collective and not the individual.

In the Law of Consecration you do have private ownership, you own your home, your land, You have life, liberty, and the freedom to pursue happiness, you have the freedom to choose. You choose to live the Law of Consecration, the Church doesn't FORCE you.

Whereas a communist government does FORCE you and takes away your FREEDOM, your RIGHTS, and dictates your LIFE!

@cwskywalker As I have explained in futher comments, mormons still accept the same morality of communsim. Mormons believe that in order to live a moral life, you must sacrifice for your neighbor. That the greater good can be held above individual interest. Well, I do not exist for God's fucking sake. I do not exist for my neighbors fucking sake. I will not be enslaved to god, heaven, or anyone else.

In principle, Church Welfare, The United Order, or The Law of Consecration how ever you want to call it is different in principle. You can read it for your self at lds.org. just type in law of consecration in the search bar. But heres a few differences for you: 1.) Voluntarily compliance, not compulsory or by use of force. 2.) Ownership of private property. 3.) The Mormon church recognizes the existence of God. Communist regimes do not. Theres a few to get you started.

well 'medical treatment' spans a huge spectrum.. sure if someone has a belly ache they can go into an e.r. and get some milanta.. but if you have something that requires hospitalization or more serious treatment, surgery, etc.. unless you're an accident victim or gunshot victim.. many people die prematurely by not getting advanced care.. Socialism and Capitalism work like this.. people who favor capitalism are people who do well with it. These types are aggressive in business and in all aspects of the human personality. thanks for sharing CrazyforCrowe and cnin240. The spirit of this guy really transports the self into what magnitude he perceived the threat to be, of that era especially - it's hellraiser. Now the very 'cogs' Ezra described have become so mangled and morphed in the highest tiers, beyond scrutiny at any rate I imagine. This is grounds for real talk across generations, the finer details are most intriguing, then I wonder about different legacies had for America. It is mindblowing.

A few weeks ago he was talking about how sad it was for him to see what is happening to this great country he immigrated to and proudly fought for. He cried! He cried!!!
