Hi. I'm curious what you charge for turning a notation file of a choral piece into a symphonic choir? I could send you something immediately if you'd like to see. My email is andrewATfromagetoageDOTorg
@azulyrojo89 It's in the description, I think: I used East-West Quantum Leap Symphonic Choir for the voices, Garritan Personal Orchestra for the strings, and the SampleTekk Moerdijk Organ for the continuo.
wow, this serves as a great demo for Symphonic Choirs. Great work!
by the way, has anyone ever noticed that Hans Zimmer sort of "ripped-off" a part of this piece? If you listen to 2:14 through 2:48, then listen to the Lion King soundtrack, you'll hear it again. It's when Mufasa dies and Simba is sad (last half of "...To Die For.")
Wow mate this is excellent! The slurs are perfect too which is what im finding difficult to do...could I ask if you could let me know what type of specs your mac is? I used to use a Dell PC for my east west stuff and found that I couldnt open as many instruments as I liked and everything just went down hill! So I bought a Mac lol. Most people on the forum seemed to have one and had less problems. I just ordered logic express for myself and would like to know if it runs ok with east west?
@topcat1441 I've got a three year (or so) old MacBook Pro, so it isn't anything spectacular, and I use Logic Express. It doesn't make everything go super-smooth, but I could get all these tracks to play together. I posted this at a forum (soundsonline-forums in thread 31087), and I put the link there where you can download the MIDI and WordBuilder files. Thanks!

@LexyGS4ever Thank you. I've taken some pride in making it, and I was pleased with the end result myself. It's great software, although hard to control. I'm glad you liked it.
@Rolungo Thanks. I did my best. My first attempt got a lot of constructive criticism at the EWQL user forum, and that helped me. Took a lot of time though. But it's a wonderful piece, and it's rewarding to be able to "play" it...

@marcelouz1 I use Logic Express 9 on a mac for sequencing/entering notes. And indeed, I used WordBuilder.

@jayshalfbakedvideos You're welcome. I indeed did it in Db, as the tuning in Mozart's time was about 1 semitone lower. Well heard!

@ElTGV I just cannot link to that site, it seems: try soundsonline-forums, forum Music Cafe, and search for Ave Verum.
