@thedabick Islamically we don't depict any of God's prophets... Not in drawings, paintings, statues, characters acting them or cartoons depicting them either. This prevents people looking at them with worshipful eyes (eg: what the Christians have done with Jesus peace be upon him). This is as God commanded us. So the one with a shiny face is Prophet Zachariya and the baby would be that of Jesus peace be upon them both. We don't let anyone assume their images.
@thedabick Our version of events are somewhat different... There are over laps though... We have ample information given to us by the Messenger of God, Muhammad peace be upon him. We have two sources for the story, 1. God revealed the Quran to the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him via the angel Jibreel (refer to Chapter 5 the table spread and chapter 19 titled Mary)&also through 2. general explanations given to him via the angel Jibreel- through Gods command also- which are classed as haddith.
also as far as i know, there is no mention of Mother Mary's husband in the Quranic version, and nor is she with her husband in a stable/manger (as in the biblical version) when she gives birth to Prophet Isa (peace be upon him). In the Quran she is asked to go to to a certain secluded places where she gives birth to the Prophet, far from any human presence.
This so beautiful. Made me cry at the end. I think they should make this story again in Hollywood. Ridley Scott should direct it. He'll make a breath-taking piece.
@drronnie Oh yh it is a beautiful piece I'm not doubting that but I would love to see another version where it feels and looks a bit more realistic. I admit that wouldn't prefer that version over this.
@rencrow And?? lol i know its the Qur'anic version! I'm just saying that i would like to see a big budget version of this story with better cinematography and better filmamkers. That's all. But, i still do love this movie.
@rencrow No i mean if they tell the real story without changing anything but use better cinematography. Will Hollywood do it that way? I dont think so but, if they would tell the real story without any changes then i think they should because they have very good (if not; the best) filmmakers and Ridley Scott would be a great choice to be the director. They should do it IF they are willing to tell the Islamic story without altering anything.
Ernest Renan in 1882 set forth a metaphor of two rival religions: "if the growth of Christianity had been arrested by some mortal malady, the world would have been Mithraic,"
I stand by Ernest Renan's metaphor. You are just the "new age" Mithrasists, you are believers of a pagan faith that surrounds the mythology of a child God named Mithra who was born on December 25th and came down on earth to be known as the "savior" of humanity. Don't meddle with Jesus or any of Abraham's faiths sinners.
The Bible (NT) was written by Paul and his disciples. 30-40 percent of the book has pauls twisting dogmas. It is not the word of God or Jesus, it is the word of "Paul." Paul developed the NT to make it easier for the pagans (Romans/Greeks) to make it acceptable by them. It is a false misguiding book. It has been meddled by man.
@993ironman I know.. I have to give my admiration for Christians that really believe fully in their religion right from the heart without doubts. Despite the contradictions and errors.
Every religion has critism I guess, but go Wiki Christianity, it'll make your browser lag from the length lol.
@Perseveranze Lol, but most Christian's don't want to hear anything against their trinity or the relationship between a man and a god. They are too brainwashed to let go of their Mithraist pagan beliefs that Paul inducted into Christianity. I don't blame them, the pagans before the gospels were written were also not ready to accept the truth about God and his prophet.
@Perseveranze I can PROVE to them that The New Testament (Bible) has been corrupted and man meddled. It is not in it's original form and is filled with "unknown" scriptures throughout the gospels that to this very day "contradict" the verses of the OT and Jesus. How can this book be guidance? It has been corrupted.
You do not need to be a christian to know Truth. I have been spoken to directly by the Holy Spirit of Jesus and of God in peace and love to tell you to think about your truth as you see it now. Are you sure that Islam is always right ? Look around you and see what is being done in the name of 'Allah'. May the seed grow in you to Truth
1 John 5:5 Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
Nice to see this video does not have pending approval. The Mary in Islam looks like it was copied from Christian folklore> God does not disrupt the natural process. Jesus had to grow up as man, to prove that it is possible to live according to God's Laws. There were a lot of Jewish Sects in those days and he was drawing the people to himself. This cause jealousy among the Pharasies ans Sedduces. If there was a Islamic Messiah, he would get the same treatment
@joseagosto1 Islamic Messiah, we've had plenty of them thanks, Jesus(pbuh) included.
Wait hold on, did you mean Muhammad(pbuh) the final messenger prophisised in many scriptes didn't get the same ill treatment as Jesus did? Might wanna go do some history checking and not listen to what your priest is telling you.
Muhammad(pbuh) started as 1 man with a mission of spreading god's message, in a land full of Jews/Christian/Idol Worshipers. You think they all welcomed him with open arms lol?
@kojekish The Biblew is not wrong because it is nit in Aramaic!Iti s translated from Aramaic into many languagers as Jesus said to His diciples in Mattew 28:18-20:"Unto me is given all power on heaven and on earth,go ye therefore into all nations telling the gospel about me."
@Hans021220 the BIBLE is corrupt and here is the evidence!!!
READ chapter Genesis 19.....go to verse 30 and read it for your parents...if you dare, i will send you money with paypal!!! if you really dare to red Gen 19:30 to any child i will send you money... I can give you more pornographic verses... Come to Islam.. Quran is not corrupt and not changed like the old-new-testament.
@Mahdiarmy my dear brother , instead of exposing or advertising whats defective or flawed in others religion, might not expounding whats great about our religion of Islam be a more effictive tool in convincing others to revert to Islam? also in your zeal brother dont forget the Quranic ayat that says not to make fun of others religion, least in their ignorance they will abuse and bismirch yours.
Islam is not a new religion , but a final restatement of the original revelation that has been conveyed to humanity by messengers and prophets sent by GOD. The original, unchanged revelations given to Abraham and other prophets(like Moses and Jesus ) reaching back to Adam all came from the One True God(The Creator). The last Prophet and Messenger of God, Muhammad(saw) , who is a direct descendant of Abraham through his first born son, Ishmael, was sent with The Last Testament, the Holy Qur'an
Holly Quran: 112. Purity of Faith (Al-Ikhlás) This chapter has 4 verses. In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. 1. Say: He is God, the One; 2. God, he needs none. All need him 3. Born from nobody, nobody born from him 4. None is equal to him, nor similar ------------------------------------- This is the message. I declare as my duty. Rest is up to your human heart and knowledge.
'PBUH' is short for 'Peace Be Upon Him'; a suffix of respect (by Islam) written/said with names of all Prophets of Almighty God
In Arabic it reads 'Alai-his-Salaam'
You see, Islam is the ONLY non-Christian faith, which makes it an article of faith for its believers viz. the Muslims, to believe in, love & respect Jesus pbuh.
That should tell you why we Muslims don't use profanity against Jesus pbuh even in response of the Christian vile-mouthing against prophet Muhammed pbuh
@elazeez Puab is a superstitious incantation then. if you had love and respect, even for Mohamed, you would never seek to minimize the words that you clam to attach. instead, because of superstitious fear, you rubber stamp everything in a legalistic fashion with puab. you might as well be saying fubar as puab. Saying Puab is like spinning a prayer wheel or throwing pebbles. Furthermore it insults God to Patronize His only begotten Son as mere prophet. To Jesus name every knee must bend..
Puab??? Please put on your glasses so you can read
Coming to ur point about 'every knee must bend'. Why don't you show us where in the Bible does Jesus pbuh ask you to worship him as God?
Remember, the word 'worship' in the Bible has two meanings:
1. Worship of human beings as a mark of respect to them "All the congregation ... bowed down their heads, and worshipped the LORD, and the king (David),"(1Chron29:20)
2. Worship of God "I bowed down and worshiped GOD" (Genesis 24:48)
@elazeez I saw your post and I was compelled to find an answer to your question... John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God." The Word is Jesus, a living being and so when the verse says that the Word was God, this says that Jesus is God. Here is another verse John 10:30 "My Father and I are one."
s/a, where can i find the arabic version of this movie with subs? ..the english one is just bad, and its missing alot of the original film.. i saw this long ago, and would like to watch it again.
We meet again. Remember, there's a long PM from me that's answered all all your questions, and asked you many others which you still haven't responded to yet?
Gentle advice, when you're not sure of something, its best not to go about misguiding people using your stupidity.
god does not have NO children , god is one , he is the first and he is the last , he created us all , and no one creates anything that has life and soal , exept for allah
The water-ice-vapor concept (that the Christians use to prove the concept of Trinity i.e. 3 gods in 1) fails miserably; anyone who's attended science class can see the unscientific nature of the analogy!
For instance: When Ice changes into Water and thereafter into Vapor, it does NOT remain Ice anymore. So, if God became a human, he would not remain God Anymore!
For details/debate, please come to my channel or send me a PM.
**Christian missionaries and preachers welcome for debate**
@elazeez Dear brother, Today you have taught me one more lesson- I remember my science lesson where it teaches the process of condesation - where steam routed through pipe and cooled down can be converted to water again and when water if frozen will return as ice.
Thanks for establishing and giving foundation to my statement and if you do not believe in Trinity , you are negelecting the very verse which is mentioned in Quran.
Did you attend the science class where they taught you that no quantity of water could be Steam, Water and Ice at the same time?
It is striking that the basic teachings of the Church such as Trinity & vicarious atonement find no mention in the Bible. In fact, the Bible points to Jesus (pbuh) actual mission as to fulfill the law revealed to Moses (pbuh). Jesus (pbuh) rejected any suggestions that attributed divinity to him, and explained his miracles as the power of the One True God.
One of the scribes once asked Jesus (pbuh) as to which was the first commandment of all, to which Jesus (pbuh) merely repeated what Moses (pbuh) had said earlier:
"Shama Israelu Adonai Ila Hayno Adonai Ikhad."
meaning:
"Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord." [Mark 12:29]
Moses pbuh said the same thing in Deuteronomy 6:4! And the Qur'an too says "Say, He is Allah, One and Only! [Qur'an 112:1]
Why then do you have a problem accepting the oneness of God?
IF PEOPLE were to read the Bible from cover to cover without any preconceived idea of a Trinity, would they arrive at such a concept of Trinity on their own? NO!
What comes through very clearly to an impartial reader is that God alone is the Almighty, the Creator, separate and distinct from anyone else, and that Jesus (pbuh), (even in his prehuman existence), is also separate and distinct, a created being, subordinate to God.
Let me help you understand the concept of God in the BIble
Please read through all of my posts below before attempting to answer any points. InshaAllah this won't take too much of your time:
The Biblical teaching that God is one is called 'monotheism'.
According to the most authentic of thelogical concepts, Monotheism in its purest form does not allow for more than ONE GOD:
The Old Testament is strictly monotheistic. God is a single personal being. The idea that a Trinity is to be found there is utterly without foundation!
Was there any change from monotheism after Jesus p came to the earth? NO, there wasn't!
There is no break between the Old Testament & the New Testament, the Monotheistic tradition is continued.
Jesus pbuh was a Jew, born to a Jewish mother and raised among Jewish people. His teaching was Jewish to the core; a new gospel indeed, but not a new theology for sure.
In fact Jesus p re-iterated "'HEAR, O ISRAEL! THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD", (see Mark 12:29) exactly as found in Deuteronomy 6:4!
The Catholic New Jerusalem Bible (NJB) here reads in Deut6:4: "Listen, Israel: Yahweh our God is the one, the only Yahweh."* In the grammar of that verse, the word "one" has no plural modifiers to suggest that it means anything but one sole individual.
The (self-styled 13th) Christian apostle St. Paul did not indicate any change in the nature of God either, even after Jesus came to the earth. Paul wrote: "God is only one."—Galatians 3:20; see also 1 Corinthians 8:4-6.
"You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, " Exodus 20:5
"Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God." Exodus 34:14
"For the LORD your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God - Deuteronomy 4:24
"...with whom the LORD made a covenant and commanded them, saying, "You shall not fear other gods, nor bow down yourselves to them nor serve them nor sacrifice to them." 2 Kings 17:35
Why then would all the God-inspired Bible writers speak of God as one person if He were actually three persons? What purpose would that serve, except to mislead people?
Surely, if God were composed of three persons, HE would have had his Bible writers make it abundantly clear so that there could be no doubt.
But, neither the word nor the concept of 'Trinity' is to be found ANYWHERE in the Bible except for a passing reference, which the scholars say does NOT exist in the original manuscripts!
At least the writers of the Christian Greek Scriptures who had personal contact with Jesus pbuh would have done so. But they did not. No one mentioned a Trinity!
Instead, the Bible writers have made it abundantly clear is that God is one Person—a unique, unpartitioned Being who has no equal:
"I am Jehovah, and there is no one else. With the exception of me there is no God." (Isaiah 45:5)
"You, whose name is Jehovah, you alone are the Most High over all the earth."—Psalm 83:18
In the Hebrew Scriptures, the word ´eloh'ah (god) has two plural forms, namely, ´elo·him' (gods) and ´elo·heh' (gods of). These plural forms generally refer to the ONE Supreme God Almighty, in which case they are translated in the singular as "God." Do these plural forms indicate a Trinity? No, they do not.
You'd ask, why do plural forms not indicate Trinity
In answer to that question, let me quote William Smith in his book "A Dictionary of the Bible", where he says: "The fanciful idea that [´elo·him'] referred to the trinity of persons in the Godhead hardly finds now a supporter among scholars. It is either what grammarians call the plural of majesty, or it denotes the fullness of divine strength, the sum of the powers displayed by God."
The American Journal of Semitic Languages & Literatures says of ´elo·him': "It is almost invariably construed with a singular verbal predicate, & takes a singular adjectival attribute."
The title ´elo·him' appears 35 times by itself in the account of creation, & each time the verb describing what God did is singular!(Genesis 1:1-2:4) Thus, ´Elo·him' must rather be explained as an intensive plural, denoting greatness & majesty.
Thus the word ´Elo·him' means, not "persons," but "gods." So those who argue that this word implies a Trinity make themselves polytheists, worshipers of more than one God.
Why? Because it would mean that there were three gods in the Trinity.
But nearly all Trinity supporters reject the view that the Trinity is made up of three separate gods.
It is this logic that makes it difficult for MOST Christians to understand the concept Trinity!
Jesus (pbuh) was a human, and it was only God Almighty who transferred the life-force of Jesus to the womb of Mary.(see Matthew 1:18-25)
But that is not how he began. Jesus himself declared that he had "descended from heaven." (John 3:13) So it was only natural that he would later say to his followers: "What if u should see the Son of man [Jesus] ascend to where he was before?"—John 6:62
Thus, Jesus had an existence in heaven before coming to the earth. But was it as one of the persons in an Almighty, eternal triune Godhead? No!
The Bible plainly states that in his prehuman existence, Jesus was a created spirit being, just as angels were spirit beings created by God. Neither the angels nor Jesus had existed before their creation.
NOTE: I DO NOT KNOW OR BELIEVE THAT JESUS P WAS THE FIRST OF CREATIONS OR NOT. I AM ONLY QUOTING HERE WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS. I HOPE THIS IS CLEAR
Notice how closely the references to the origin of Jesus p correlate with expressions uttered by the figurative "Wisdom" in the Bible book of Proverbs: "Yahweh created me, first-fruits of his fashioning, before the oldest of his works... & the first elements of the world." (Proverbs 8:12, 22, 25, 26, NJB)
While the term "Wisdom" is used t personify the one whom God created, most scholars agree that it is actually a figure of speech for Jesus as a spirit creature prior to his human existence
WHILE Jesus is often called the Son of God in the Bible, NO ONE in the first century ever thought of him as being God the Son
Even the demons, who "believe there is one God," knew from their experience in the spirit realm that Jesus was not God. They correctly addressed Jesus as "son of God." (James 2:19; Matthew 8:29)
As I have already noted several times on this very page, the words 'son of God' do not mean a literal son, but only mean those who believe in God and do HIS works
Before continuing further, let me tell you that the term 'son of God' does NOT ascribe divinity to anyone owing to its use in the Bible. The term "son of God" is also another harmless expression in Jewish theology.
God seems to have sons by the tons in the Bible. See LUKE 3:38,
Hence, the phrase "son of God" refers to Jesus pbuh as a separate created being, not as part of a Trinity, and most certainly NOT as God.
As the 'son of God', Jesus pbuh could not be God himself, because the Bible says: "No one has ever seen God" (John 1:18) and it is VERY obvious from the Bible that since Jesus pbuh was living amongst humans and interacting with them, everyone could see him. :-)
And since Jesus pbuh was NOT GOD, John1:18 makes perfect sense saying no ONE has seen God!
The disciples viewed Jesus as the "one mediator between God and men," not as God himself. (1 Timothy 2:5)
By definition a mediator is someone separate from the parties who need mediation, it would be a contradiction for Jesus to be one entity with either of the parties he is trying to reconcile
That would be a pretending to be something he is not. But Jesus pbuh was a noble man, one who could never lie nor pretend to be something he was not. May God's eternal peace and blessings be upon him
The Bible is clear & consistent about the relationship of God to Jesus. God alone is the Almighty being. HE created the prehuman Jesus pbuh directly, giving him a miraculous birth, one that required no human male intervention.
Thus, Jesus pbuh had a beginning and could never be coequal with God in power or eternity.
This is the concept of God according to the Bible. Jesus pbuh could never be anything more than a human messenger of God & he never ever claimed to be GOD anywhere in the Bible!
One may ask, if both Muslims and Christians love and respect Jesus (pbuh), where exactly is the parting of ways? The major difference between Islam and Christianity is the Christians insistence on the supposed divinity of Christ (pbuh). A study of the Christian scriptures reveals that Jesus (pbuh) never claimed divinity. In fact there is not a single unequivocal statement in the entire Bible where Jesus (pbuh) himself says, "I am God" or where he says, "worship me"
(iii) "I cast out devils by the Spirit of God."[Mathew 12:28][Luke 11:20]
(iv) "I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me."[John 5:30]
Jesus (pbuh) clearly announced the nature of his mission; he was sent by God to confirm the previous Judaic law.
"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the Prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
"Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven; but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."
"For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven." [Mathew 5:17-20]
Jesus (pbuh) DIDNT say that to have the eternal life of paradise, man should call him God or worship him as God, or believe that Jesus (pbuh) would die for his sins!
On the contrary Jesus pbuh said that the path to salvation was through keeping the commandments
It is indeed striking to note the difference between the words of Jesus Christ (pbuh) & the Christian dogma of salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus (p)!
What more proof do you need that Jesus pbuh was not God & that he (i.e. Jesus pbuh) never ever claimed to be God?
If indeed Jesus pbuh was God (which he was NOT), then he could have asked the man to believe in what u Christians peach today!
The Bible attests Jesus (pbuh) was a prophet of God
"Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know."
The Bible does not support the Christian belief in Trinity!. Jesus' pbuh words "Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord." [Mark 12:29] signify a strict Monotheism!
And this, was the concept of God and the mission of Jesus pbuh as depicted by the Bible.
If you have any doubts, I would urge everyone to check up these verses from your own Bible and verify if what I have said is indeed the truth or not.
I pray that Allah SWT reveal the truth to everyone and give us 'Hidaayah' (guidance/enlightenment) to keep ourselves on the path that leads to HIS blessings and happiness - Ameen.
Wa aakhirud-da'wahna anilHamdulillahi Rabbil-a'alameen
@elazeez Dear brother Elazeez, Part I - Trinity of GOD -Thank you once again for teaching me another lesson, Yes NO quantity of water - could remain - Steam, Water and ICE - if you see GOD also never appeared together (Father/son/HOly spirit) but GOD appeared to man during different dispnesation of time- Means- Garden of Eden -
@elazeez PART II - Trinity of God - we see GOD walking with Adam during the cool of the day(evening) before Adam and Eve sinned and then onwards we see GOD appeared our forefather -Ebrahim,Yacob and Isaac directly and request sacrifice of his son Isaac. Then forsook direct appearance due to IDOL worship that encroached in the life of mankind.
Then we see JESUS,appearing unto man - That is Surat al Marayam all about- Read this surat very carefully.
@elazeez PART III - Trinity of God- here it written when he was baby - JESUS talked and people believed and when JESUS became adult he taught people but this is not mention in QURAN, now he came with a purpose to die once and for all. JUST to put a stop to animal sacrifice and redemption of the soul who believes.
JESUS died for our sins on the cross and was buried and rose again the third day, now JESUS is with the Father( Remeber that this oness in possible in heaven).
@elazeez PART IV - Now when you confess and believe that JESUS CHRIST died for my sins then HOLY SPIRIT comes and dwell/stay within you , then you will be a changed person - NO religion will have any effect on you even Christianity- You will become the child of GOD.
@elazeez PART V - Trinity of God- I will pray for you so you can experience within you - the third personality of GOD.
TODAY is your day -Accept JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL SAVIOUR.
Again only SURAT AL MARAYAM says JESUS is coming back as Messiah - Then HOLY SPIRIT also will be taken away. And all the three - GOD will judge at the last day of judgement- that is KAYYAMAT - So trust in JESUS and come out of ETERNAL TORTURE in the hell. This my humble request.
In learning what I haven't taught you (in other words, misinterpreting my message) you have missed the crucial point of my argument, viz. the Concept of God according to the Bible
Please read through the series of my comments starting with the one that contains the text "It is striking that the basic teachings of the Church such as Trinity & vicarious atonement find no mention in the Bible." in it. Use the CTRL+F function of your browser to search for the above text (without quotes)
2. (WE wish) to appoint him as a sign unto men and a Mercy from US.': it is a matter (so) decreed.
Quran proves the trinity of God and believe in ISA or Jesus as your saviour and be saved. Jesus died for you and for meon the cross . Confess you sins directly to God and he will show you wonders in life. Truly you will feel the burden of your sin taken away from you.
@sajchery that infernal book of yours is hack literature. It is a false Idol. Mary is Holy because she is the Mother of God. You will need to enter through her into Paradise or forever suffer eternal torment in Hell with Mohamed and all enemies of the Church.
@patfealy - Calling yourseves CHRISTian and denying Christ - even you ask Mary or Teresa - they will all say - we were born to this world to do what GOD intended them to do just like messengers of God-prophets.Worshipping Mary or any other person who were a source of God's purpose is not at all right
Go back to Bible and understand the PLAN OF GOD for the human race.
There are lot of religions who worship the source rather the Creator .IDOL WORSHIP is not permitted to a true CHRISTIAN.
How could God have a son when He has no consort(companion/wife)? Do you mean to say Mary was the wife of God? (Nauzbillah?)
Do you really think Jesus p was the 'begotten' son of God? Do you realize what the word 'begotten' means? Begetting is something that God cannot do. The act of begetting belongs to the lower animal functions of sex!
Truly God does not do that because HE is all-powerful and self-sufficient!
1. There is nothing called a 'Mohemmaden'. It is a word invented by the westerners who wrongly thought that Muslims worship Prophet Muhammed pbuh —Just like you so-called Christians worship Christ as God. The correct term to refer to one who follows Islam is 'Muslim'
2. Have you read the Qur'an? Could you please help me find where the Qur'an teaches people to do:-
a) honor killing?
b) suicides?
Do you want me to help u understand the punishmen for adultery according to your Bible?
@elazeez You can say that you don't follow Mohamed but you do. You follow Mohamed because you put 100% of your faith in the words of Mohamed without even one witness like the time Mohamed told you he rode a donkey from Mecca to Jerusalem and returned in one night. You are more Mohammedan than I am Christian. I will not kill you for insulting Christ. But you will kill me for one cartoon. Mohammedans are an angry people by degree. They need conversion away from Pride, both Spiritual & intelectual
I never said I do not follow Prophet Muhammed pbuh. I said we muslims do not WORSHIP him as God. We don't make God out of men, if you know what I'm hinting at.
Regarding Prophet Muhammed's (pbuh) night journey between Makkah n Jerusalem, the Kuffar challenged him to describe the Masjid alAqsa because they knew he had never been there earlier. The Prophet pbuh described the masjid in great detail, and moreover also said, "On my way back, I saw some of your shepherds grazing their animals in a particular location. They were searching for a camel they had lost." He then described the camel, which those shepherds -upon returning- to Makkah, said was true.
@elazeez To worship the unseen God is not possible for Man. Man is defined by Christ not by a lire or a story teller. The tree is judged by its fruits. We have Francis, Bernadette, John Paul, Theressa, Sebastian, and Paul. You have bloody Mohamed, Bin Ladin, Omar, & Ali Pasha.
Men who thinks themselves wise enough to Worship God without Christ are blind. Such
Men are infested with sin and truly deficient in humanity itself. No one enters paradise that does not enter by the narrow gate Jesus.
Guess what, the Qur'an has answered this last point of yours very well, and I intend to act upon it InshaAllah:
"And they say: "None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian." Those are their (vain) desires. Say: "Produce your proof if ye are truthful." (The Glorious Qur'an 2:111)
Why dont you help me understand where you got your notion from, Patrick? Would you be able to answer if I asked you to show me ONE place in the complete Bible where Jesus p said he is GOD?
Or when you call Jesus p as the 'narrow gate', you actually refer to his role as the prophet of God, who was to guide people to a path that would lead them to paradise? Just like Moses p did for the israelites? Noah, Abraham, Lot, etc (pbuh) all of them were metaphoric 'narrow gates' of their own time, meaning that no one could reach paradise unless s/he believed in what the prophet taught... In that sense your words make perfect sense. Jesus p WAS the narrow gate of his time. :)
@elazeez Why in all honesty would a Mohammedan seek to make reference to the Bible? You reject the Bible as a corrupted document. so it is not honest for you to ask me for proof from the Bible when you reject the Bible for the words of Mohamed who denies the very death of the Lord. Besides the Bible is not the exclusive Word of God but a part of Holy Tradition that is alive in each and Every Saint who is lives and dies on this Earth. Pope John Paul is an Example and Mother Theressa.
If you insist on using your fingers to type out a longer word (viz. 'Mohammedan') rather than a short six-lettered one (viz. 'Muslim'... or an even shorter one viz. Mu'min), while displaying your lack of general knowledge, I really cannot do much against the proverbial 'horse to the water' adage now, can I?
Anyways, the answer to what you've asked is the commandment of Allah SWT in the Qur'an where we Muslims are to say onto you "Produce your proof if ye are truthful." (Qur'an 2:111)
And in response to this challenge, the Christians produce the Bible saying something on the lines of "this is where it is written".
And as simple logic goes, anything that is presented as 'proof' for for something, needs to be critically examined.
Suppose a group of people are being tried in a court of law for an alleged murder, it only makes sense to examine all witnesses to the event as well as any other facts that could be derived from other authentic sources of information.
Similarly, when the Christian says that the Jews killed Jesus pbuh (and the Muslims deny it), we have to examine ALL the evidence for the event to decide with surety whether the Jews deserve punishment for murder or not.
Attempted murder, maybe yes, but murder, a big NO says the Muslim, however lets see what the Bible really says about this case..
Going by the same logic, we also examine if Jesus pbuh is God or not according to the Bible, since you do not believe the Qur'an when it says NO
And that, my friend patfealy, is why I am making references to your Bible and asking you to show me one verse in the complete Bible where Jesus the Christ pbuh, himself says "I am God". You see, there is not a single unequivocal statement in the complete Bible where Jesus p says such a thing.
The notion that Jesus p was God (or the 'Begotten' son of God), is actually an INVENTION of the Church, since no one in the first century after (Jesus p 'went away') believed that he was God!
If you like I could refer to you as a moore or a Saricen. "the rose by any name smells just as sweet" Shakespear.
Produce proof that Mohamed rode his donky from Meca to Jerusalem and back in one night, since there were no witnesses you have to believe his word on Faith. that makes you a Mohamedan
because you follow his words without question as if they were God's.
MOHAMED COMMES FROM A long list of false prophets. Moon, joe Smith, HITLER, lUTHER, mohamed,
Aah! I see you are aware of the problems with your Bible, if not, then you'd have given a befitting response to my challenge to show me one verse in the complete Bible, where Jesus p himself says that "I am GOD"!
Well, I don't blame you for that, because no Christian preacher worth his salt has been able to answer that one ever. Guess what, even the Pope couldn't do it when Ahmed Deedat challenged him, so I really don't expect much from the 'lesser endowed' Catholics
Coming to ur question: U see, we Muslims believe Prophet Muhammed pbuh words without doubt
The Christians find 1000s of prophecies in the Old Testament about the coming of Jesus pbuh, & yet the Jews labeled him a false prophet!
BUT, we Muslims DID NOT NEED ANY OF THOSE PROPHECIES to convince us! Prophet Muhammed pbuh told us that Jesus p was a Prophet, born from a virgin, did miracles like giving life to the dead & healing lepers and those blind, by Gods permission etc etc, & WE BELIEVED HIM!
If you ask me to prove Jesus ps miraculous birth, I cannot, but I believe it coz Prophet Muhammed p told us
Prophet Muhammed p also told us that Mary the Mother of Jesus p is amongst the BEST of women that God created! It is only one the Day of Judgement that well know whos going to heaven & whos doomed to hell, but since Prophet Muhammed pbuh told us, we believe that the Virgin Mary is indeed one of the privileged women!
We also believe that Jesus p is coming to the earth once again!
Talking about Prophet Muhammeds pbuh night journey about which youve asked me to produce proof:
When Prophet Muhammed pbuh told the Muslims of Makkah about it, they believed him because of their faith in his being the Last & Final Messenger of God. They knew that he could receive revelations (the Qur'an) from God Almighty, so this was NO big deal for God. However the Kuffar doubted & questioned him. Prophet Muhammed pbuh then removed those doubts by answering their questions
He said that on his way back he saw some people of a caravan lookin for a lost camel (which had run away on hearing the sound of the animal that Prophet Muhammed p was riding) & thereafter described the camel! This caravan arrived at Makkah, & confirmed that they had indeed lost a camel & it was just as Prophet Muhammed described!
Moreover, the Prophet had even accurately described the caravans leading camel as ash-colored & carrying a black & a black-white sack. (ref: Al-Bayhaqi pg62-64)
You could get more details about Prophet Muhammeds journey (also called The Ascension because he had also visited the heavens during it) at: thewaytotruth(.)org(/)ascension(/)ascension(.)html
---
Now that Ive answered ur question, would u like to meet my challenge of producing proof from the Bible attesting Jesus pbuh divinity?
Like I said, there is NOT a single unequivocal statement, in the complete Bible, where Jesus p himself says I am God or Worship me as God! Care to answer?
LOL i am pakistani... and i only wish.. tht islam was so OPEN Minded... tht we hav liberty to use the same language tht u ppl use for us... thts it ! corrupted bible** hahaha
Muhammed was an impostor. He was a man who wanted power and copied everything from the Jews and Christians. He had read the apocrypha. He was cruel and preached war, killings (9:05) and had plenty of wives. Islam is a religion of war. By the way, didn't you read the translation in English above? He calls Mary the "sister of Aaron". He confuses Mary with Myriam, Moise and Aaron's sister who supposedly lived more than a thousand years before Mary. What an impostor! I knew this wrong passage
feel sorry for u my friend... please either seek knowledge... or keep your mouth shut...
u will die a death of disbelief and ignorance if u die in ur current state...
u can say whatever u want to about the exalted prophets of God........ but just imagine... if i was not muslim... what opinion would i have regarding Jesus... his birth... and his mother??
???????what the hell? why do you say that you are now basicly saying that the catholics of the modern era are nonbelivers because the bible saysworship the one god but you christians worship creatures of god not God Himself you alsof worship jesus like he is god jesusPBUH never claimed to be god yiou people made that of it and he enver claimed to be the son of god if islam is a copy of christianitiy dan is christianity a copy of judaism but i have seen many proves that islam is true so....
Where it is written that Jesus never claimed to be God the qu ran?It clearly written in the Bible Jesus said : I and the Father are one ,He eve3n said :Before Abraham was I AM.But it serves me nothing to trying to prove it to you because your are blinded by the cult of death religion called Islam
also in john it says the father is greater than I ,, and the father and I are one... this is logically contradictory how can some thing be greater than itself?

Who is the man with a shining face???? and why his face is shining???
thedabick 11 months ago
@thedabick Islamically we don't depict any of God's prophets... Not in drawings, paintings, statues, characters acting them or cartoons depicting them either. This prevents people looking at them with worshipful eyes (eg: what the Christians have done with Jesus peace be upon him). This is as God commanded us. So the one with a shiny face is Prophet Zachariya and the baby would be that of Jesus peace be upon them both. We don't let anyone assume their images.
shai8057 10 months ago
@shai8057 thanks, another quiestion: Is all the history in this movie the same christian history about Mary?
thedabick 10 months ago
@thedabick Our version of events are somewhat different... There are over laps though... We have ample information given to us by the Messenger of God, Muhammad peace be upon him. We have two sources for the story, 1. God revealed the Quran to the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him via the angel Jibreel (refer to Chapter 5 the table spread and chapter 19 titled Mary)&also through 2. general explanations given to him via the angel Jibreel- through Gods command also- which are classed as haddith.
shai8057 10 months ago
also as far as i know, there is no mention of Mother Mary's husband in the Quranic version, and nor is she with her husband in a stable/manger (as in the biblical version) when she gives birth to Prophet Isa (peace be upon him). In the Quran she is asked to go to to a certain secluded places where she gives birth to the Prophet, far from any human presence.

This so beautiful. Made me cry at the end. I think they should make this story again in Hollywood. Ridley Scott should direct it. He'll make a breath-taking piece.

@jigsaw332
Are you sure? Hollywood has a tendency of screwing everything up.
rencrow 10 months ago

993ironman 1 year ago
The Bible (NT) was written by Paul and his disciples. 30-40 percent of the book has pauls twisting dogmas. It is not the word of God or Jesus, it is the word of "Paul." Paul developed the NT to make it easier for the pagans (Romans/Greeks) to make it acceptable by them. It is a false misguiding book. It has been meddled by man.
993ironman 1 year ago
@993ironman I know.. I have to give my admiration for Christians that really believe fully in their religion right from the heart without doubts. Despite the contradictions and errors.
Every religion has critism I guess, but go Wiki Christianity, it'll make your browser lag from the length lol.
Perseveranze 1 year ago
@Perseveranze Lol, but most Christian's don't want to hear anything against their trinity or the relationship between a man and a god. They are too brainwashed to let go of their Mithraist pagan beliefs that Paul inducted into Christianity. I don't blame them, the pagans before the gospels were written were also not ready to accept the truth about God and his prophet.
993ironman 1 year ago
@Perseveranze I can PROVE to them that The New Testament (Bible) has been corrupted and man meddled. It is not in it's original form and is filled with "unknown" scriptures throughout the gospels that to this very day "contradict" the verses of the OT and Jesus. How can this book be guidance? It has been corrupted.

P.S. And don't worry, InshaAllah I will help you help you understand the TRUE MEANING of whatever you quote, using your own Bible

@patfealy
True
'PBUH' is short for 'Peace Be Upon Him'; a suffix of respect (by Islam) written/said with names of all Prophets of Almighty God
In Arabic it reads 'Alai-his-Salaam'
You see, Islam is the ONLY non-Christian faith, which makes it an article of faith for its believers viz. the Muslims, to believe in, love & respect Jesus pbuh.
That should tell you why we Muslims don't use profanity against Jesus pbuh even in response of the Christian vile-mouthing against prophet Muhammed pbuh
elazeez 1 year ago
@elazeez Puab is a superstitious incantation then. if you had love and respect, even for Mohamed, you would never seek to minimize the words that you clam to attach. instead, because of superstitious fear, you rubber stamp everything in a legalistic fashion with puab. you might as well be saying fubar as puab. Saying Puab is like spinning a prayer wheel or throwing pebbles. Furthermore it insults God to Patronize His only begotten Son as mere prophet. To Jesus name every knee must bend..
patfealy 1 year ago
@patfealy

Attributes of God was revealed slowly to the human race as it was found deemed to GOD.

Thanks for establishing and giving foundation to my statement and if you do not believe in Trinity , you are negelecting the very verse which is mentioned in Quran.
sajchery 1 year ago
Did you attend the science class where they taught you that no quantity of water could be Steam, Water and Ice at the same time?
It is striking that the basic teachings of the Church such as Trinity & vicarious atonement find no mention in the Bible. In fact, the Bible points to Jesus (pbuh) actual mission as to fulfill the law revealed to Moses (pbuh). Jesus (pbuh) rejected any suggestions that attributed divinity to him, and explained his miracles as the power of the One True God.
elazeez 1 year ago
One of the scribes once asked Jesus (pbuh) as to which was the first commandment of all, to which Jesus (pbuh) merely repeated what Moses (pbuh) had said earlier:
"Shama Israelu Adonai Ila Hayno Adonai Ikhad."
meaning:
"Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord." [Mark 12:29]
Moses pbuh said the same thing in Deuteronomy 6:4! And the Qur'an too says "Say, He is Allah, One and Only! [Qur'an 112:1]
Why then do you have a problem accepting the oneness of God?
elazeez 1 year ago
IF PEOPLE were to read the Bible from cover to cover without any preconceived idea of a Trinity, would they arrive at such a concept of Trinity on their own? NO!
What comes through very clearly to an impartial reader is that God alone is the Almighty, the Creator, separate and distinct from anyone else, and that Jesus (pbuh), (even in his prehuman existence), is also separate and distinct, a created being, subordinate to God.
Let me help you understand the concept of God in the BIble
elazeez 1 year ago
Please read through all of my posts below before attempting to answer any points. InshaAllah this won't take too much of your time:
The Biblical teaching that God is one is called 'monotheism'.
According to the most authentic of thelogical concepts, Monotheism in its purest form does not allow for more than ONE GOD:
The Old Testament is strictly monotheistic. God is a single personal being. The idea that a Trinity is to be found there is utterly without foundation!
Allow me to explain why
elazeez 1 year ago
This has been flagged as spam show
Was there any change from monotheism after Jesus p came to the earth?

Thousands of times throughout the Bible, God is spoken of, referred to and quoted to be ONE entity. When HE speaks, it is as one undivided individual.
The Bible could not be any clearer on this concept of God, viz Strict Monotheism!
God states: "I am Jehovah. That is my name; and to no one else shall I give my own glory." (Isaiah 42:8)
"I am Yahweh your God . . . You shall have NO gods except me."—Exodus 20:2, 3, JB

"For the LORD your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God - Deuteronomy 4:24

Why then would all the God-inspired Bible writers speak of God as one person if He were actually three persons? What purpose would that serve, except to mislead people?
Surely, if God were composed of three persons, HE would have had his Bible writers make it abundantly clear so that there could be no doubt.
But, neither the word nor the concept of 'Trinity' is to be found ANYWHERE in the Bible except for a passing reference, which the scholars say does NOT exist in the original manuscripts!
elazeez 1 year ago
At least the writers of the Christian Greek Scriptures who had personal contact with Jesus pbuh would have done so. But they did not. No one mentioned a Trinity!
Instead, the Bible writers have made it abundantly clear is that God is one Person—a unique, unpartitioned Being who has no equal:
"I am Jehovah, and there is no one else. With the exception of me there is no God." (Isaiah 45:5)
"You, whose name is Jehovah, you alone are the Most High over all the earth."—Psalm 83:18
elazeez 1 year ago
JESUS pbuh called God "the only true God." (John 17:3) Never did Jesus pbuh refer to God as a deity of plural persons.
We also find that nowhere in the Bible is anyone but Jehovah called Almighty. Otherwise, it voids the meaning of the word "almighty"
Neither Jesus nor the holy spirit is ever called that, because God alone is supreme
At Genesis 17:1 HE declares: "I am God Almighty." And Exodus 18:11 says: "Jehovah is greater than all"
Nowhere does ANYONE speak of a Trinity
elazeez 1 year ago
Jesus pbuh says:
"My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all" John 10:29
My Father is greater than I" John 14:28
In the Hebrew Scriptures, the word ´eloh'ah (god) has two plural forms, namely, ´elo·him' (gods) and ´elo·heh' (gods of). These plural forms generally refer to the ONE Supreme God Almighty, in which case they are translated in the singular as "God." Do these plural forms indicate a Trinity? No, they do not.
You'd ask, why do plural forms not indicate Trinity
elazeez 1 year ago
In answer to that question, let me quote William Smith in his book "A Dictionary of the Bible", where he says: "The fanciful idea that [´elo·him'] referred to the trinity of persons in the Godhead hardly finds now a supporter among scholars. It is either what grammarians call the plural of majesty, or it denotes the fullness of divine strength, the sum of the powers displayed by God."
elazeez 1 year ago
The American Journal of Semitic Languages & Literatures says of ´elo·him': "It is almost invariably construed with a singular verbal predicate, & takes a singular adjectival attribute."
The title ´elo·him' appears 35 times by itself in the account of creation, & each time the verb describing what God did is singular!(Genesis 1:1-2:4) Thus, ´Elo·him' must rather be explained as an intensive plural, denoting greatness & majesty.
The Hebrew suffix 'him' also signifies respect.

Let us look at how Jesus p described himself
Jesus (pbuh) was a human, and it was only God Almighty who transferred the life-force of Jesus to the womb of Mary.(see Matthew 1:18-25)
But that is not how he began. Jesus himself declared that he had "descended from heaven." (John 3:13) So it was only natural that he would later say to his followers: "What if u should see the Son of man [Jesus] ascend to where he was before?"—John 6:62
The concept of ascension now is clear!
elazeez 1 year ago
I HOPE THIS IS CLEAR
elazeez 1 year ago
In his prehuman existence, Jesus p was "the first-born of all creation." (Colossians 1:15), "the beginning of God's creation." (Revelation 3:14)
"Beginning" [Greek, ar·khe'] CANT rightly be interpreted to mean that Jesus was the 'beginner' of God's creation!
In his writings, St John uses various forms of the Greek word ar·khe' more than 20 times, & these always have the common meaning of "beginning."
Jesus pbh cud have been created by God as the beginning of God's invisible creations!
elazeez 1 year ago
Notice how closely the references to the origin of Jesus p correlate with expressions uttered by the figurative "Wisdom" in the Bible book of Proverbs: "Yahweh created me, first-fruits of his fashioning, before the oldest of his works... & the first elements of the world." (Proverbs 8:12, 22, 25, 26, NJB)
While the term "Wisdom" is used t personify the one whom God created, most scholars agree that it is actually a figure of speech for Jesus as a spirit creature prior to his human existence
elazeez 1 year ago
WHILE Jesus is often called the Son of God in the Bible, NO ONE in the first century ever thought of him as being God the Son
Even the demons, who "believe there is one God," knew from their experience in the spirit realm that Jesus was not God. They correctly addressed Jesus as "son of God." (James 2:19; Matthew 8:29)
As I have already noted several times on this very page, the words 'son of God' do not mean a literal son, but only mean those who believe in God and do HIS works
elazeez 1 year ago
Before continuing further, let me tell you that the term 'son of God' does NOT ascribe divinity to anyone owing to its use in the Bible. The term "son of God" is also another harmless expression in Jewish theology.
God seems to have sons by the tons in the Bible. See LUKE 3:38,
GENESIS 6:2-4,
EXODUS 4:22,
JEREMIAH 31:9 .
ROMANS 8:14 says "For as many as are led by the spirit of God, they are the SONS OF GOD"
This last Biblical quote is the accurate definition of the word 'son of God'!
elazeez 1 year ago
Hence, the phrase "son of God" refers to Jesus pbuh as a separate created being, not as part of a Trinity, and most certainly NOT as God.
As the 'son of God', Jesus pbuh could not be God himself, because the Bible says: "No one has ever seen God" (John 1:18) and it is VERY obvious from the Bible that since Jesus pbuh was living amongst humans and interacting with them, everyone could see him. :-)
And since Jesus pbuh was NOT GOD, John1:18 makes perfect sense saying no ONE has seen God!
elazeez 1 year ago
The disciples viewed Jesus as the "one mediator between God and men," not as God himself. (1 Timothy 2:5)
By definition a mediator is someone separate from the parties who need mediation, it would be a contradiction for Jesus to be one entity with either of the parties he is trying to reconcile
That would be a pretending to be something he is not. But Jesus pbuh was a noble man, one who could never lie nor pretend to be something he was not. May God's eternal peace and blessings be upon him
elazeez 1 year ago
The Bible is clear & consistent about the relationship of God to Jesus. God alone is the Almighty being. HE created the prehuman Jesus pbuh directly, giving him a miraculous birth, one that required no human male intervention.
Thus, Jesus pbuh had a beginning and could never be coequal with God in power or eternity.
This is the concept of God according to the Bible. Jesus pbuh could never be anything more than a human messenger of God & he never ever claimed to be GOD anywhere in the Bible!
elazeez 1 year ago
One may ask, if both Muslims and Christians love and respect Jesus (pbuh), where exactly is the parting of ways? The major difference between Islam and Christianity is the Christians insistence on the supposed divinity of Christ (pbuh). A study of the Christian scriptures reveals that Jesus (pbuh) never claimed divinity. In fact there is not a single unequivocal statement in the entire Bible where Jesus (pbuh) himself says, "I am God" or where he says, "worship me"
elazeez 1 year ago
This has been flagged as spam show
In fact the Bible contains statements attributed to Jesus (pbuh) in which he preached quite the contrary.
(i) "My Father is greater than I." [John 14:28]
(ii) "My Father is greater than all."[John 10:29]
(iii) "I cast out devils by the Spirit of God."[Mathew 12:28][Luke 11:20]
(iv) "I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me."[John 5:30]
etc. etc.

Jesus' pbuh mission:
Jesus (pbuh) clearly announced the nature of his mission; he was sent by God to confirm the previous Judaic law.
"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the Prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

---contd from above---
"Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven; but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."
"For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven." [Mathew 5:17-20]

The Bible also mentions the prophetic nature of Jesus (pbuh) mission as seen below:
(i) " and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Fathers which sent me." [John 14:24]
(ii) "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou has sent." [John 17:3]
elazeez 1 year ago
Consider the following incident:
"And behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. "
[Mathew 19:16-17]
Jesus (pbuh) DIDNT say that to have the eternal life of paradise, man should call him God or worship him as God, or believe that Jesus (pbuh) would die for his sins!
elazeez 1 year ago
On the contrary Jesus pbuh said that the path to salvation was through keeping the commandments
It is indeed striking to note the difference between the words of Jesus Christ (pbuh) & the Christian dogma of salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus (p)!
What more proof do you need that Jesus pbuh was not God & that he (i.e. Jesus pbuh) never ever claimed to be God?
If indeed Jesus pbuh was God (which he was NOT), then he could have asked the man to believe in what u Christians peach today!
elazeez 1 year ago
The Bible attests Jesus (pbuh) was a prophet of God
"Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know."
[Acts 2:22]
The Bible does not support the Christian belief in Trinity!. Jesus' pbuh words "Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord." [Mark 12:29] signify a strict Monotheism!
elazeez 1 year ago
It is striking that the teachings of the Church such as Trinity & vicarious atonement find no mention in the Bible!
In fact, the Bible points to Jesus (pbuh) actual mission, i.e.. was to fulfill the law revealed to Prophet Moses (pbuh)
Indeed Jesus (pbuh) rejected any suggestions that attributed divinity to him, and explained his miracles as the power of the One True God.
Jesus (pbuh) thus reiterated the message of monotheism that was given by all earlier prophets of Almighty God.

@elazeez Dear brother Elazeez, Part I - Trinity of GOD -Thank you once again for teaching me another lesson, Yes NO quantity of water - could remain - Steam, Water and ICE - if you see GOD also never appeared together (Father/son/HOly spirit) but GOD appeared to man during different dispnesation of time- Means- Garden of Eden -
sajchery 1 year ago
@elazeez PART II - Trinity of God - we see GOD walking with Adam during the cool of the day(evening) before Adam and Eve sinned and then onwards we see GOD appeared our forefather -Ebrahim,Yacob and Isaac directly and request sacrifice of his son Isaac. Then forsook direct appearance due to IDOL worship that encroached in the life of mankind.
Then we see JESUS,appearing unto man - That is Surat al Marayam all about- Read this surat very carefully.
sajchery 1 year ago
@elazeez PART III - Trinity of God- here it written when he was baby - JESUS talked and people believed and when JESUS became adult he taught people but this is not mention in QURAN, now he came with a purpose to die once and for all. JUST to put a stop to animal sacrifice and redemption of the soul who believes.
JESUS died for our sins on the cross and was buried and rose again the third day, now JESUS is with the Father( Remeber that this oness in possible in heaven).
sajchery 1 year ago
@elazeez PART IV - Now when you confess and believe that JESUS CHRIST died for my sins then HOLY SPIRIT comes and dwell/stay within you , then you will be a changed person - NO religion will have any effect on you even Christianity- You will become the child of GOD.
sajchery 1 year ago
@elazeez PART V - Trinity of God- I will pray for you so you can experience within you - the third personality of GOD.
TODAY is your day -Accept JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL SAVIOUR.
Again only SURAT AL MARAYAM says JESUS is coming back as Messiah - Then HOLY SPIRIT also will be taken away. And all the three - GOD will judge at the last day of judgement- that is KAYYAMAT - So trust in JESUS and come out of ETERNAL TORTURE in the hell. This my humble request.

Truly God does not do that because HE is all-powerful and self-sufficient!
elazeez 1 year ago
@elazeez Mohammedans do a lot of that begetting. then they kill their daughters in honor of Mohamed or send them to die for Mohamed as suiciders.

Do you want me to help u understand the punishmen for adultery according to your Bible?
elazeez 1 year ago
@elazeez You can say that you don't follow Mohamed but you do. You follow Mohamed because you put 100% of your faith in the words of Mohamed without even one witness like the time Mohamed told you he rode a donkey from Mecca to Jerusalem and returned in one night. You are more Mohammedan than I am Christian. I will not kill you for insulting Christ. But you will kill me for one cartoon. Mohammedans are an angry people by degree. They need conversion away from Pride, both Spiritual & intelectual
patfealy 1 year ago
@patfealy
I never said I do not follow Prophet Muhammed pbuh. I said we muslims do not WORSHIP him as God. We don't make God out of men, if you know what I'm hinting at.
elazeez 1 year ago
Regarding Prophet Muhammed's (pbuh) night journey between Makkah n Jerusalem, the Kuffar challenged him to describe the Masjid alAqsa because they knew he had never been there earlier. The Prophet pbuh described the masjid in great detail, and moreover also said, "On my way back, I saw some of your shepherds grazing their animals in a particular location. They were searching for a camel they had lost." He then described the camel, which those shepherds -upon returning- to Makkah, said was true.
elazeez 1 year ago
@elazeez To worship the unseen God is not possible for Man. Man is defined by Christ not by a lire or a story teller. The tree is judged by its fruits. We have Francis, Bernadette, John Paul, Theressa, Sebastian, and Paul. You have bloody Mohamed, Bin Ladin, Omar, & Ali Pasha.
Men who thinks themselves wise enough to Worship God without Christ are blind. Such
Men are infested with sin and truly deficient in humanity itself. No one enters paradise that does not enter by the narrow gate Jesus.
patfealy 1 year ago
@patfealy
Would you be able to answer if I asked you to show me ONE place in the complete Bible where Jesus p said he is GOD?
elazeez 1 year ago
@patfealy
elazeez 1 year ago
And going by the same metaphor, the 'narrow gate' of today is Prophet Muhammed pbuh. The last & final messenger of God!
elazeez 1 year ago
@elazeez Why in all honesty would a Mohammedan seek to make reference to the Bible? You reject the Bible as a corrupted document. so it is not honest for you to ask me for proof from the Bible when you reject the Bible for the words of Mohamed who denies the very death of the Lord. Besides the Bible is not the exclusive Word of God but a part of Holy Tradition that is alive in each and Every Saint who is lives and dies on this Earth. Pope John Paul is an Example and Mother Theressa.
patfealy 1 year ago
@patfealy
Anyways, the answer to what you've asked is the commandment of Allah SWT in the Qur'an where we Muslims are to say onto you "Produce your proof if ye are truthful." (Qur'an 2:111)
elazeez 1 year ago
And in response to this challenge, the Christians produce the Bible saying something on the lines of "this is where it is written".
And as simple logic goes, anything that is presented as 'proof' for for something, needs to be critically examined.
Suppose a group of people are being tried in a court of law for an alleged murder, it only makes sense to examine all witnesses to the event as well as any other facts that could be derived from other authentic sources of information.
-contd below-
elazeez 1 year ago
Similarly, when the Christian says that the Jews killed Jesus pbuh (and the Muslims deny it), we have to examine ALL the evidence for the event to decide with surety whether the Jews deserve punishment for murder or not.
Attempted murder, maybe yes, but murder, a big NO says the Muslim, however lets see what the Bible really says about this case..
Going by the same logic, we also examine if Jesus pbuh is God or not according to the Bible, since you do not believe the Qur'an when it says NO
elazeez 1 year ago
And that, my friend patfealy, is why I am making references to your Bible and asking you to show me one verse in the complete Bible where Jesus the Christ pbuh, himself says "I am God". You see, there is not a single unequivocal statement in the complete Bible where Jesus p says such a thing.
The notion that Jesus p was God (or the 'Begotten' son of God), is actually an INVENTION of the Church, since no one in the first century after (Jesus p 'went away') believed that he was God!
elazeez 1 year ago
If you like I could refer to you as a moore or a Saricen. "the rose by any name smells just as sweet" Shakespear.
Produce proof that Mohamed rode his donky from Meca to Jerusalem and back in one night, since there were no witnesses you have to believe his word on Faith. that makes you a Mohamedan
because you follow his words without question as if they were God's.
MOHAMED COMMES FROM A long list of false prophets. Moon, joe Smith, HITLER, lUTHER, mohamed,

@patfealy
Guess what, even the Pope couldn't do it when Ahmed Deedat challenged him, so I really don't expect much from the 'lesser endowed' Catholics
elazeez 1 year ago
Coming to ur question: U see, we Muslims believe Prophet Muhammed pbuh words without doubt
The Christians find 1000s of prophecies in the Old Testament about the coming of Jesus pbuh, & yet the Jews labeled him a false prophet!
BUT, we Muslims DID NOT NEED ANY OF THOSE PROPHECIES to convince us! Prophet Muhammed pbuh told us that Jesus p was a Prophet, born from a virgin, did miracles like giving life to the dead & healing lepers and those blind, by Gods permission etc etc, & WE BELIEVED HIM!
elazeez 1 year ago
If you ask me to prove Jesus ps miraculous birth, I cannot, but I believe it coz Prophet Muhammed p told us
Prophet Muhammed p also told us that Mary the Mother of Jesus p is amongst the BEST of women that God created! It is only one the Day of Judgement that well know whos going to heaven & whos doomed to hell, but since Prophet Muhammed pbuh told us, we believe that the Virgin Mary is indeed one of the privileged women!
We also believe that Jesus p is coming to the earth once again!
elazeez 1 year ago
Talking about Prophet Muhammeds pbuh night journey about which youve asked me to produce proof:
When Prophet Muhammed pbuh told the Muslims of Makkah about it, they believed him because of their faith in his being the Last & Final Messenger of God. They knew that he could receive revelations (the Qur'an) from God Almighty, so this was NO big deal for God. However the Kuffar doubted & questioned him. Prophet Muhammed pbuh then removed those doubts by answering their questions
